Beautiful than Expected
I just got mine from yesterday. Ordered mine last July. It was made and costumized by them. Took 2 months to arrived, I thought it will never arrive 😂😂🤭 but believe me it’s worth the wait. It is even beautiful in person than the picture. We love out the come.

AWEFUL ART- and WHAT YOU GET is PURE TRASH
The art looks nothing like my dog ruby. I thought they would use colored glass to create the art from what they advertised in AI (I should have known) turns out all they did was printed out a picture of my dog, cut it out, laid it on canvas and layered some sort of clear plastic instead of glass over it. The size of my dog on the canvas frame was also significantly smaller. Finally it took two months of waiting!! And when I finally got it, my first reaction was- is this a joke?? I could do done this craft project myself and it would cost me $20 instead of $120 I paid. How sad it was to ruin the very essence of my beloved pet...

This company is a total SCAM! I ordered 3 x pieces of artwork in July, and have still not recieved it. I've not been able to talk to anyone other than their website 'bot' and an email from someone with a generic email that hasn't replied. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

Not cool
First off when i purchased my product i realized the right away. I had two pictures in the order and immediately try to send an email to cancel one within minutes of placing the order. I then received an email from a lady named Emma three days later saying it was too late to cancel the picture I didn’t need. Now that I’ve received my order. I’m not stoked on what I see.

First one arrived cracked…..
First one arrived cracked and when I reported the damaged item received, they quickly advised me a new one was on the way. Second one arrived and was undamaged.
Overall, a decent purchasing experience but does take awhile to receive after placing an order.
Quality of product and image is good and is hanging in our window.

The picture is great but the frame came…
The picture is great but the frame came damaged could have been packed a lot better .
The wood frame was not even glued just nailed with two cheap nails and a staple.
