I recently purchased merchandise from Tedooo and had delivery issues. Customer service experience with them about the problem was excellent !!! I had expected the usual rigamarole but was very happy with the service and finally received my items!! Although not exactly as advertised i’m happy that i was able to customize using my own images. The items (mosaic and suncatcher) are really eye catching!!

Do not use Tedooo. They are a total scam. I placed an order July 11th. Today is August 31st. I still have not received this garbage. They won’t refund my money. They just keep telling me to wait. (That is When I can message someone). Customer service is a joke. I emailed the link on my previous reviews. No one gets back to you. Read all the other reviews you will see. Wish I would have. Don’t waste your money. Unless you like getting robbed.

This company has the worst communication I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
If it weren’t for the reviews I’d say it was a scam.
I ordered a portrait over 2 months ago. They finally told me it shipped but they provide no tracking information.
I have cancelled the order because I’m fed up of waiting and my messages ignored.
I have no idea wherevthevordervisvor indeed if it’s been shipped.
I just want my money back. They have totally ruined the experience and even if it arrives it will now be associated with frustration and anxiety.
It looked a lovely product but the service is abysmal.

You wrote on the 8 July to say my order was on the way. It’s nearly 2 months later and there is no proper tracking details.
Youve spoiled the whole experience. I don’t want it now it will just remind me of the whole awful experience.

I was initially skeptical of ordering from a site from a Facebook ad, as it was not that well heard of. I anyways took my chances and ordered a portrait of my senior dog and I am completely fell in love with the custom order. It was beautiful and very well made. The order did take sometime to arrive but it was very well worth the time. They did keep updating the order on the progress. Definitely recommend Tedooo to my friends and family.

ONE BIG SCAM
I placed my order 6 weeks ago. I received a tracking number that was fake 4 weeks later. It's impossible to get a real person to help resolve the issue. Now, 2 weeks after that, they're sending me another email saying the same order is finally finished and it's ready to ship with once again, a fake tracking number that now says the # has been removed. This company is a scam and shame on FB for allowing such to flood my feed. I had a feeling it was too good to be true.

Never received my order
Never received my order. The product listing advertises receipt within a week or two from ordering, which would have been in early to mid-July. It was marked as shipped more than a month ago but the tracking shows only a label was created, even though they sent me a message claiming that they had sent me photos of the finished order pieces (they never did), which were already delivered to the shipping company. Support offered no explanation, claimed that they would prioritize my order, but nothing was ever shipped. It's now a credit card dispute.
Update after Tedooo's response: I've been emailing support for over a month, getting nothing but canned responses. There is no excuse for my order being over two months late, especially when I got multiple messages that it had been shipped. I have already asked for a refund through support, which was ignored - instead they offered me a store coupon for a fraction of the cost, as if I would shop from this store again after this experience. The order was for an image of my cat who recently passed, and I'm sick to my stomach of having to deal with this crap from Tedooo for months now. Update: 3 months later, nothing was ever shipped; CC refunded.
