After enduring a lengthy wait of two and a half months, I finally received the long-anticipated portrait of my beloved dog. Allow me to provide some context: I have an Alaskan Malamute who weighs 130 pounds, a truly majestic and large breed. However, the image I received was perplexingly of a pink dog with green eyes, framed in a broken picture frame.
While the inner design of the frame had a certain charm, it completely misrepresented my dog. You see, my canine companion is predominantly black and white, with only hints of pink on her nose and tongue. Unfortunately, the depiction I received bore no resemblance to her true colors.
I find myself at a loss for words, particularly considering the substantial amount of money I invested in this custom art piece. It’s hard to fathom how one could misinterpret such a simple request. I have never seen a pink dog before, and I am profoundly disappointed with both the wait and the final outcome of this delivery. DO BETTER!!!!!

The piece turned out beautifully and looks just like the photo I submitted, which they recreated into a unique tile-style mosaic artwork. Pet glass mosaic picture
The quality of the glass mosaic of my dog is excellent. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the frame. When ordering and uploading my picture the result was with a black frame which I would have preferred. It came with a brown wood frame.

Donot buy ,it's not worth it
What i received was not what was advertised and what i ordered.the frame is not even wood and its just glued together .the glass is just a plastic .when i tried to take the frame out of the box everything came undone.i had to glue and put eveything back together.they advertised as its crafted putting piceces together but it definitly isnt that .one whole piece which even is glass with picture carved in.for something that i payed $98 it isnt worth half that.save your money and donot buy it.

I ordered a glass moziac framed wall art of myself and my two pups (both deceased). I uploaded the picture and the preview was beautiful. I couldn't wait to receive it. 8 weeks later it arrived. I was so excited..... until I opened the poorly packed box. The "art" inside looked as if they took blobs of resin and dollopped them on an inkjet printout. It looks absolutely ridiculous. This $200 monstrosity is not the cherished memory I ordered. This was supposed to be a treasured memorial and instead it's a $200 monstrosity. Devastated!

A total Disaster!
Actually if it was available I would rate them a negative 10. First, Ms Daisy, would run these turtles into bankruptcy. They took over 2 months to deliver. But it was understandable. Because when they took the picture of my beautiful doll face Persian cat, and converted her into a Ghetto tomtom alley cat. Not to mention they promised a 1square ft masterpiece , and produced it a half inch to big all the way around, thereby making it impossible to fit where it was designed to, so it’s understandable it took them for ever to attempt and hide the Frankenstein work they performed on my baby. It’s time to call the Humane Society. Because they robbed me blind, with their outrageous Donald Trump prices.

Very disappointing!
Given that I waited so long for my order, I was excited when it was eventually delivered. Upon opening my package, the wooden frame was broken and hanging off at the bottom and the apparent glass is nothing more than thin, flimsy plastic! Will not be ordering from this company again! Extremely disappointed!

Don’t waste your money
If I could give it negative stars, I would like 1 million negative stars. My experience from the beginning was horrible. I ordered memorial pieces to give to someone I love of fur babies that passed away. I uploaded the photos and the preview photos that I got look absolutely nothing like the product I received. I am appalled at how poor the quality is. Not only did it take two months. There was no communication other than the generic AI communication, but nothing from the seller itself. I’m sickened at how bad these glass portraits are. they look nothing like the animals that they are supposed to be representing. Don’t waste your money.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered this product on July 22 and received it on September 14. Customer service info is hard to find. I had to search Google reviews to get their email address. Initially, I received a tracking number, but it didn't show any carrier. After contacting customer service, I learned they use a company called SpeedX for delivery. If you search the delivery company on Google, they have horrible reviews. The label was created, and my package was sitting in New Jersey for over a month. Meanwhile, I live in Maryland. I have international packages sent to me from China that arrive much quicker. The package arrived at my house today, and it’s completely destroyed. The item was packaged upside down, with no fragile sticker anywhere on the box, and the box looks like it was thrown around. During all of this, my dog passed away. To add more insult to the injury, the item is NOT 3D like advertised. It’s flat with glass cutouts glued on a picture. I bet the reviews with 3D pictures are all fake AI reviews, which wouldn’t be surprising since this company uses AI for their ads. The product looks nothing like the ads. This was a long wait for so much disappointment.
