Upon arrival there was not many people…
Upon arrival there was not many people waiting to be served, great customer service at the desk, we were allocated our lane quickly. When it came to ordering drinks, very slow service and the wrong drinks came at one point, we were better off going to the bar to drink. The actually bowling was fun except the balls kept on jamming and the lane was under some malfunctions at time. Overall the staff were welcoming and good customer service but the bowling facilities were just slow that day.

An enjoyable afternoon with the kids
An enjoyable afternoon with the kids, the only issue was the car-park was quite full so took a little while to park. Kids loved the bowling.

I took a Tuesday deal Bowling in Croydon for myself and 3 kids along with 1 other friend. The Booking is straight forward and easy. We were 5 minutes delay reaching but yet got the slot straight away. We all had great fun and the staff were very kind and helpful. The side vending machines for candy was also great hit with kids. The venue was so busy but yet we had great time together. My kids already started asking to go again.

Service was very quick and effective
Service was very quick and effective. Just one thing, when we went to Tenpin Croydon my girlfriend ordered a San Miguel and it tasted wrong. I drank it for her. I wouldn’t downgrade a review for that as I work in the industry and I understand that things like happen and given how busy it was we didn’t want to make more work. Very good experience.

The karaoke rooms are in need of proper…
The karaoke rooms are in need of proper ventilation. It smells stale in there. Also the room felt dated like all the food and drink that was brought in in the past have stained the floors for so long, any sort of deep clean would not do any good. Luckily there was a fan but it didn't help that much. The staff was kind enough to get air freshener but even then it's not great for people who have asthma.

TENPIN great phoneline customer service
TENPIN are always a pleasure to book with, they make everything easy, applying offers and discounts, ammending bookings, getting through to customer service online. Its always really easy to speak to someone on the phone and get the help you need, theyre always giving suggestions to any issues you might be facing and and just overall great customer service over the phone. I think i spoke with a Bev, I hope that was her name, lovely lady.
On-Site Croydon - Valley Park Staff customer service was really good at my last booking and every booking I've made. We arrived about 30 mins early and they were able to give us a lane. Food and drinks staff are lovely too, non combative, actually happy to serve, thank you again.

My son had a wonderful time a bit disorganised and certain groups were favoured …
My son had a wonderful time with his friends. The package was great. Food, balloons with the bowling. Unfortunately, it was felt less attention was placed on us. The facilitators focused on a larger group. It would have been nice to introduce each of the birthday children. After a hour the children were tired and then it would have been good to engage them for half an hour with dance and sing song this did not occur until close to the end. When cutting the cake the facilitator lit the cake and blocked the whole view to be able to take photos. It would have been nicer if they stood back took photos or just encouraged affirmations. Was expecting a much more inclusive approach. The balloons snapped in seconds. If I knew the outcome. I would have encouraged the children to go down to the arcade at 11:30am after lunch. I also am relieved that we brought our own napkins for the cake as no plates , tissues or forks were provided. Overall it was good, but these simple tweaks could have made a big difference.

Booking process was easy but had to phone to book in for a karaoke party, lady on the phone was helpful. Staff at Croydon on Sunday 26th in the morning were very nice and helpful too. No issues at all - Daughter and friends had a good time!

Kids enjoyed it
Checking in and playing was fine, used there deals so a game and burger meal was £6.50 but to add another game was so expensive so didn't bother.
Only judgement is the food took forever to come, we had finished a game with 3 people and waited a further 20 mins and its not like it was overly busy. But that seems to happen often. Kitchen needs to do better.
