Great fun bowling but the selection of bowling balls needs reviewing as I struggled to find ones with sufficiently large holes for my fingers and I don’t have overly large hands.
I would like to see hand cleanser available, as I often pick up illnesses from these places due to the many number of people that handle the bowling balls.
We played pool and air hockey, too. These machines do need some maintenance, but we managed to complete our games.

Really easy to book online
Really easy to book online, several options to add food and games. Staff were great on arrival, very helpful and attentive. Food was great too and good value for money.

Great time had by all
We booked the bowling and meal deal. The bowling was great- area very clean. We ordered drinks through the qr code and they were brought over quickly. Iced coffee was ok but pricey at £4.35. Food was basic and burgers a bit dry but overall a good time had by all. Next time I won't order food.

Was straightforward to book online
Was straightforward to book online, arrived on the day greeted by polite and friendly staff. Clean and very good atmosphere. We had an excellent time doing bowling, air hockey and pool. Look forward to doing it again.

We came with family for a fun time with kids we had drinks at the table which me and husband sat at staff member came started putting drinks in to a jug as waste without asking, we looked at her and she said are you finished it was to late so we said yes she spilt drinks on table and never came back to clear the mess she came back after I spoke to other staff she said I will bring tissues for you to clean we gave her a look and she cleaned as she was leaving banged her trolley in to my disabled husbandd chair on purpose staff also need to be polite to kids when they win there tickets and not sigh at them

Good experience
It was easy to book. Everyone had fun, we used the arcade and bar while waiting for lanes to become available. They were free by the time of our booking. Went smoothly. Only reason I have not given full stars is the screens put up during covid are still there separating the lanes, we had two lanes and they separated our party which wasn't great when the kids wanted to be with eachother but there were too many for one lane. Hollywood bowl didn't have these and was much better as a bigger party for socialising between lanes.

nice upgrade, not very efficient
Looks a lot better than before but the negatives are that staff are very slow and look under staffed. We turned up to play at 7pm and we didn’t get to play till 7:30 due to multiple faults. Not being able to access the pad, lanes not working etc.. just needs to be more efficient

Young member of staff decided to clean the table we were on, whilst we were still on it, resulting in cleaning spray on my sons food. He answer was "its not toxic so dont worry"
