Very poor communication. Had my analyser for over 2 weeks and when asked for my money back, they said it had to go to the manufacturer so I dont qualify for the over 3 day money back guarantee. I was never told about any problems even when I queried it. Dont be fooled by there gimmicks and go with a reputable company. Will not be using this company again.

Poor Service and Unprofessional Handling
I placed an order for a Megger X1 tester and was initially told it would arrive in 3 days. However, the next day, I was informed my order will be cancelled due to a phone call with a representative that questioned the order they said I could come up to Stoke on Trent with my card or a full refund neither of which worked for me. Ultimately, I ended up with a refund that would take up to five days, causing significant delays in my project. The whole process was frustrating, and the lack of clear communication was disappointing.
On top of this they didn’t get my name, or email address correct even though they had my order.
I would not recommend this company

We're sorry for the frustration caused by your experience with us.
For high value orders, we apply additional security checks. In this case, the delivery address provided did not match that of the cardholder's registered billing address. This was then flagged on our systems as a fraud risk.
As an alternative, we offered either payment via BACs or ID verification. As neither option was acceptable, the order was refunded in full.
The refund was processed immediately once cancellation was confirmed. Due to bank processing times, refunds can typically take up to 5 working days.
As a goodwill gesture, we have already issued a 50% discount voucher for calibration services.
We appreciate your feedback and will use this to improve our communication during order processing. If you'd like to discuss further, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to assist.

Arrived in time. My fluke 116 was properly protected in the box. They gave me a 10% discount for my purchase. I recommend this website for purchase their equipment. The most lower price on the market.

Dispatch was really fast but incorrect delivery address on parcel (according to UPS) parcel been sat in depot over a week and still no update on when it will be delivered.

I want to clarify that Test4less dispatched my order very quickly and my disappointment was with UPS and as you can see from the reply from test4less there customer service is very good as i had not contacted them when having issues with delivery i will and was already planning on using test4less again and have already recommended them to other engineers as i find them to be the best priced company for my filters. Thank you test4less team for your response and good will gesture of a refund only reason for 4 stars is due to UPS delays in redelivery

Perhaps a bit slow but otherwise excellent
Used their calibration service for the first time, and no complaints. They tell you 10 working days turnaround, and the only word of caution I'd offer is that they mean it: you'll be without your instruments for 10 working days. So make sure you won't be needing them or that you've got a backup.
Looks to be a decent calibration job though, it didn't cost much and the instruments were returned with all accessories. I'll use them again, but as I say, be sure to book your calibration to coincide with a holiday or make sure you've got backup units.

Great customer support
Was contacted by Alan as there was an issue with the suppliers end (not Test4Less fault) situation was explained and the next day charge was waived and the analyser was then delivered that Saturday at no extra cost, great customer service and lovely people on there customer support team.

Great Customer Service
Joshua and the team at Test4Less were really helpful. I had purchased a Di-Log test kit online but there were supplier issues, which meant that I had been without a test instrument for a number of weeks. Joshua and his managment team couldn't have helped more in trying to resolve the issue, but unfortuantely the supplier still had issues. In the end, Test4Less provided me with an upgraded model in the MeggerMF1720, which is a brilliant bit of kit.

Customer Service
As always, Test 4 Less are very good at communication, I ordered a product over the weekend, and I was contact 1st thing on Monday to say that was out of stock, but k needed a new voltage tester for my inspection and my one had broken, and while talking on the we discussed the options and had a tester that meets my needs sent out to me asap. So as always a fantastic service, I always use Test 4 Less and will be using the company again in the future.

I never received confirmation of my order. I had to log in to the website to confirm that it had gone through.
The courier arrived with item, again with no contact and it was only by chance that someone was in to receive it. Having said that, I am happy with the analyser.
