Absolute scam site DO NOT ORDER, have ordered two one through designer bathroom store and the other through trade plumbing not realizing they were the same company. Was desperate for this specific sink and have been left hanging for 8 weeks now when the website stated 2-4 days for delivery, and when I have just contacted another Hib retailer they said the sink is in stock and can be delivered next day. Horrendous firm, can only hope and pray I get my money back - DO NOT USE

Sold an item that wasn’t actually in stock. No communication. No apology until I chased repeatedly. Then, after requesting a refund on Thursday, I was told it hadn’t been processed until today (Monday), meaning I now have to wait another 7–14 working days to get my own money back.

Avoid - potentially fraudulent company.
Took an order for over £500. Did not deliver despite multiple conversations and chasing (they never call back). After finally agreeing to refund they have failed to do so, still chasing after months. It is the same company as designerbathroomstore.co.uk so avoid them too.

Ordered this item with them and they failed to deliver, after many calls back and forward to get updates, I was told they haven't even dispatched it.
I cancelled and was told there refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days. Not happened.
Emailed them and they told me it might take up to 30 days to reach my bank. 30 days have come and gone without a refund ever reaching me.
It's been over a month since I spent £1.2k without a product or money back.

Avoid this website at all cost even if they are the only ones who has the product you are looking for, I could not find a round mirror cabinet that had a shaving socket anywhere online. I consulted AI for a web search and this website had one advertised it was quite expensive but almost £100 more than others without the socket.

It arrives stickers saying everywhere that only open after installation, hired an electrician to do wiring etc since we don’t have any socket in our small bathroom.

After spending an extra £220 I opened to see no socket gutted, I contacted them took about a week, 4 calls several emails to finally get a return label. Item has been delivered over a week now still no return last response I had from this company was 5days ago.

I am now £375 + 220 =£595.00 short, dealing with my bank over disputing the transaction, the hassle of reporting them to trading standards, hassle of making sure I review them everywhere etc etc. Purchased on 1st February over a month later I am still fighting battles such a shame. Avoid at all cost save your time and mental health.

After one month we agreed for a refund
They did not refund and kept saying they did, I raised a dispute with my bank and if few days the money was back! 4 months of a nightmare!
Worst customer experience ever!!!

Over £2,600 spent on a BC Designs bath ordered in July 2025 with a promised delivery date of 5-7 working days. After months of chasing, evasive phone calls & emails, and repeated false promises, I decided to chase up directly with BC Designs in December 2025. BC Designs confirmed no order was ever placed with them and, in fact, the specific Bath I ordered was not being produced for any customer at that time.

I did (luckily) manage to secure a refund however this seems to be a common theme with the company; take the money and run then stonewall requests for expected delivery timescales dragging things out for months whilst sitting on customers cash. I am now having to delay completion of a renovation for a client and this company owes me 1/2 years interest on £2,600. I won't be holding my breath.

Final note - Never trust a company when you phone up and get through to the same individual irrespective of pressing "1 for sales, 2 for customer services, and 3 for accounts".

DO NOT USE!!! I ordered a £500 water softener which never got delivered and despite them saying they had refunded me i never received it and had to put in a claim via paypal for my money to be returned. Not sure if they are scammers or just incompetent as they promise many things but never see the promises through. LEAVE WELL ALONE !!

Unfortunately as with many others on this site, Trade Plumbing never delivered the order. Many excuses were made and in the end I needed to get a refund from my credit card company.

Very unsatisfactory service.
Goods never arrived as promised. Was told it was 'on it's way' from manufacturer with no tracking details. Was blamed on manufacturer who didn't provide tracking yet I was able to order this from another supplier and received it next day from the manufacturer. 10 days of delay was incurred in the project.

Bought an expensive bath which was never delivered (said when buying delivery would be 5-7 days). When I emailed they initially gave excuses about the delay then ignored me. Went through my card provider to get money back, they said to my card provider they delivered the bath to try avoid it being refunded. Luckily had emails from them with excuses about delay in delivery after the date they said they delivered it. Would very very strongly advise to avoid! The fact they ignored me then lied about delivery to the card company indicates a scam to me rather than a genuine delay/misunderstanding. I paid in May and it has taken till now to get money back due to their lies (and got it back solely due to the bank, not them).

Avoid this company and it's sister company Designer Bathrooms Store. They fail on all counts once they receive an order and your hard earned cash
No delivery time given on ordered goods.
Customer service failed on all counts.
Reimbursement on refund is as poor as their promises of delivering goods. If you order use your cc as undoubtedly you'll have to do a Section 75 to get your money back.
AVOID AVOID AVOID you have been warned.

They stated in the website that a thermal cylinder they're selling is available within 3 to 5 days. I verified this over the phone 3 times. They day before they supposed delivery, they sent an email that they're sorry but the can't deliver till the28th of August! I asked immediately for a refund and even if they said that they'll refund it nothing got refunded almost 2 weeks later. The whole plan went straight to the bin as I had an engineer lined up to fit and he was not available for a couple of weeks afterwards.

Still awaiting delivery from 20th March, customer service first said they forgot about it after 7 days and said will be sent first thing this was the 27th March, then phone on 1st asking for update and said should be here shortly.

Phoned today 3rd April for update or email to see if been sent and said it’s been lost by delivery company and will send another today.

Starting to think they didn’t even have in stock or are just that useless they don’t know what’s going on themselves.

“Express delivery” 1-2 days it said. This is now pushing back trades on a home Reno.

Great experience had to phone to confirm shipping but very helpful and I believe website is being updated

My items came quick and packed really well no damage very pleased would use again

Great customer service, made my customer experience comfortable also speedy delivery of goods purchased.

Ordered items for a shower room, was informed immediately that some items were out of stock and there would be a delay, was informed by voicemail and email.

Items received by haulage company, seamless arrangement to arrange delivery. Shower is now on place, not fully working , but quality appears really good in comparison to bathroom cabinets which we have on main bathroom.

Also added bonus of getting 10% discount via blue light card

Nice & Easy process, the product was as described and was delivered as requested and on time.

I am still waiting for a refund following return of incorrectly ordered items. The company were able to send a complex form for the return but have not now replied to a single enquiry following return of the items for weeks.
