Advertised as 2 to 3 day delivery took over a week spoke to them after 5 days asking when it would be delivered was told it would be that day . Then had a call later that day from the actual makers saying order had been processed. Couldn't tell me when it would be delivered though but I could phone back on the Monday and ask then . When I did it was delivered same day . Would I use again " trade plumbing"No.

The first radiator I ordered went out of stock. The company contacted me promptly and went out of their way to offer a suitable replacement at the same cost as my initial order. The radiator was damaged on delivery. I contacted customer service and a replacement radiator was delivered today on the 3rd working day after my contact. Service throughout was helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
