Outstanding support team and lovely people as well…
Reading previous bad reviews is totally different from my experience. The service I had was outstanding and if I needed a product stocked by TradePlumbing, I'd order with no hesitation. I wonder if the problem is people who are dissatisfied are more motivated to write than satisfied customers.
The radiator I bought had a manufacturing fault. The manufacturer tried to blame it on me or my plumber. The support team at TradePlumbing sorted it, probably with a lot of robust discussion with the manufacturer! The team was friendly throughout, reassuring and kept me informed at every step. Lovely friendly team of two.
They saved ma a lot of worry and I cannot thank them enough.

Be really careful ordering from trade…
Be really careful ordering from trade plumbling and I would recommend using a different, more reputable site that you can trust. Needed to return a product and they messed around so much with a) collection and b) refund that I had to chase and chase and chase to get anywhere - I still don't have any money back in my account. They then took 20% off the cost for the privilege of all of this (even though I asked numerous times for the return fee and they palmed me off). Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for a more trusted service.

Sent wrong item still waiting on collection. Ordered replacement but delivery date was about 3 weeks. Cancelled order. Still waiting on 2 refunds. Poor service

We understand that you initially ordered the incorrect product, and we have been actively working to resolve this issue by requesting the manufacturer to collect the item. It's important to note that the manufacturer handles all remote collections and deliveries of their products. While we've been in coordination with them, the collection process can sometimes involve slight delays.
Regarding your subsequent order for the correct cylinder, we understand that you sought to cancel it at a later point. We arranged the collection with you once we had received all the necessary information. The collection was confirmed on Friday, October 6th, and we've communicated with you to coordinate the manufacturer's collection. Please understand that, depending on your location within the UK, the manufacturer's presence may not be daily, and they will collect the item as soon as possible.
Rest assured, once the collection is successfully completed, we will be in a position to process your refund. Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds until we have received the goods back, and this policy is in place to ensure a smooth and secure process for all our customers. We've encountered challenges in the past when attempting to issue refunds without having the products returned.

Disregard for data protection regulations
I placed an order with tradeplumbing in 2012.
I unsubscribed from their marketing emails in March 2014 and received an email confirming it.
I then received another 3 marketing emails in 2014 after I thought I'd successfully unsubscribed.
I tried unsubscribing again in December 2014 and again received an email confirming I'd been unsubscribed.
I received another marketing email in 2016.
I sent an email to sales[at]tradeplumbing.co.uk on 2nd February 2017 to notify them of the issue with their unsubscribe process and to request that I be manually removed from further communications. I didn't receive a reply.
I received more marketing emails in April and July this year.
This time I decided to just hit the "report spam" button in Gmail and leave this trustpilot review, in the vague hope that this might make tradeplumbing take more notice of data protection regulations.
Update 29th November 2023:
Following Trade Plumbing's response I received another marketing email on 20th November. At least this time it went into my spam folder.

They were very willing to check the spec of the product on their shelf when I rang to check. Having confirmed the fittings for the pressure reducer, they said to order on line before lunch and it would then go that day. It did and I received it and fitted it the next day. Trouble free purchase
Had a little problem with billing initially, not Tradeplumbings' fault but my mind was put at ease with a quick email to customer services.
I ordered a radiator which was not a normal sizing and I could only find it here. Pricing was reasonable and delivery was next day, awesome.

Such a good choice of radiators and towel rails on offer, excellent description given, quick and easy to order. The company brilliant on delivery date and time. Plumber only fitted today his comment "excellent quality". Bit soon to comment on performance, but it was really hot after Plumber finished work.
