Ribeye steaks are really tender and a good thivkness.
Lamb chumps were very tasty.

Aways deliver on time and more importantly great quality meat.

So impressed with the quality of meat and value for money on the meat of the week deal highly recommend

Really poor communication, either none or incorrect.

waited in for 3 days nothing arrived order cancelled

Underweight meat,was told rest would be sent out,gave them 5 days grace,no refund and only a pound of meat instead of a kilo.
Messaging on webpage turned off so I couldnt message.
Not an honest business.

Meat absolutely fine no complaints, reason for 4* needed to get hold of someone urgently re where to leave delivery phone never got answered asked for call back on answer phone emailed no contact, very frustrating!! Delivery driver said not the only person to say this -

I give you 5 stars for your meat but your website and app are very frustrating to say the least. No order I place is straightforward. I lose orders placed and have to start again. I have to keep going from the website to the app because nothing happens. When I log in it's confusing because I have to be verified and I don't know what shop is exactly so don't really trust it. I then have to go from my iPad to my phone to get a passcode which is very time consuming. I have trouble trying to find out how many trotters I have and when I eventually find the code I find out I can't use it on an order that has specials. All very confusing and annoying. To end on a good note, your delivery men are lovely and friendly.

Absolutely dreadful. Placed my second order for collection at the Maidstone branch. Travelled there and got stuck in traffic only to find that the Butchers had been temporarily removed from the Garden Centre. However they still took my order and my money! I emailed and called to complain. In all fairness I did ger a refund. But not one acknowledgement of their error... not one reply.... no apology! Absolutely disgraceful! I will never ever shop there again and I have passed this onto everyone I encouraged to order from their or shop there.

All good quality meat, good price and well packaged. Delivered on stated date. Would be helpful if some delivery time or tracking was available to avoid potentially having to wait in all day if you are towards the end of the route.

Always good service products and value for money. Personally I cannot fault.

Fantastic quality and price!
As a single man buying a "family" meat pack provides me with enough quality meat for a month and keeps my budget manageable!
After years of supermarket meat the change to Brogdale has certainly got me eating better and it's not anymore expensive 👍

The ordering on the website is easy.
When I picked it up the people at Ruxley were very friendly and the quality and amount of food in the meat if the week was great. It fed a very hungry family at a bbq. Thank you Brogdale

I have purchased from this butcher on numerous occasions and have always preferred supporting a local business, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

I recently purchased a meat pack that was advertised as containing 6 pork steaks and 12 premium sausages (as well as other items in the 'meat for the week' pack). When I unpacked everything the following day while meal prepping, I discovered that the pack actually contained only 4 pork steaks and 10 sausages. Customers should receive the quantities advertised and paid for, especially when purchasing a pre-packed bundle.

The most disappointing part was the response from customer services. I took the time to explain exactly what had happened and that I had only discovered the shortage while preparing and portioning the meat. Instead of addressing the issue, I received what appeared to be a generic template response telling me to return to store with the items and receipt. It gave the impression that my complaint had not even been properly read.

Mistakes happen in any business, and had the issue been acknowledged and handled appropriately, I would have been understanding. However, poor customer service and a copy-and-paste response to a genuine complaint are far more frustrating than the original mistake itself.

As a regular customer, this experience has left me feeling undervalued. The combination of receiving less product than advertised and then receiving an unhelpful, impersonal response has seriously damaged my confidence in the business. Unfortunately, I will now be looking at other local butchers in the area for future purchases.

A loyal customer lost through poor complaint handling is entirely avoidable, which makes this all the more disappointing.

Ordering is simple. Delivery was on time and when I rang the company they were very helpful .

When I go to the notcutts garden centre Pembury I always buy a tray of 4 of their thick cut pork chops which is at the bargain price of £10 the chops are lovely the rind always crisps up and the meat is soft and tasty all their meat looks lovely and reasonable prices and the counter is clean and fresh recommend

Hi, I brought a gammon joint from Brogdale butchers in Dobbies, on Tuesday last week I put it straight into my freezer, I got it out to defrost for today’s dinner, it tastes and smelt chemical and tastes vile,the same happened with some steak we brought,apparently this chemical taste is very dangerous and will most probably make us ill, please can this be addressed, I will not be going back there again,
