This is the 4th time I have used the chain hut and as always , im very happy with the service and products

Unfortunately the item purchased was really good quality and well made but a bit too bulky for my partner, arranged a return with tony and sent them back refund issued 24 hours later, really easy company to get a hold of and really customer focused

Cannot fault the customer service from Tony at The Chain Hut. I was undecided on which chains to choose and he helpfully guided me through what would work best, including taking real life photos of the different chain designs for me. Really polite and friendly. The chains are excellent quality and exactly as described on the website. Highly recommend.

Il be 100% honest, i ordered and had a minor complication and wasn’t best impressed with the situation ant hand. However after ringing and talking with Tony we managed to get the problem sorted. Since then I’ve ordered again and I’ve be very pleased with the fast response, the fast delivery and the excellent quality of the chains. Definitely going to purchase from here again and i would definitely recommend!

Would like to Add the prices are exceptional compared to many other stores online

I have since had a call from ChainHut and they have resolved the issue - partly caused by my misunderstanding and not receiving a returns label and they are fully committed to listening to feedback and have confirmed they care about their customers. They have taken on board where there may have been some confusion with an image, although they stressed it’s not a common issue they have experienced.

Ultimately, I’m more than happy to order from them again.

I’m really grateful that I was able to speak with them and correct this review.

This is my review based on my recent experience with this company. I’ve been a regular customer for a while now, and unfortunately, the service I’ve received recently has been incredibly disappointing.

All of this could have been resolved very simply, but instead, it turned into an unnecessary hassle. My emails and phone calls were completely ignored, and to make matters worse, my original Trustpilot review was flagged. Now, I’m sharing this updated review, which I believe is completely justified.

I didn’t even mention in my original review that one of my chains broke, but I never returned them, even though I had every right to but I may still return it as its around £40. I was told about other customers returning high-end items to avoid paying for delivery, which had nothing to do with my situation. The company focused on things that were irrelevant to me.

In one particular conversation, I was told about a customer who bought £1,800 worth of jewellery and returned most of it just to get free delivery. I honestly don’t understand why I was being told this by Tony. It seemed like an attempt to insinuate that I would do the same thing, but that’s not my behaviour at all. I’m just trying to place a simple order, and all I wanted was the process to be as straightforward as possible. There’s no reason why I should be informed about other customers’ actions, especially when they have nothing to do with me or my situation.

For context, I’ve been a regular customer, and if they had simply checked my order history, they would’ve seen I’ve never returned anything. Even since the ball chain broke, I have not returned it yet, so, for something as simple as placing an order to be treated this way, it’s completely unnecessary.

The lack of customer service here is truly disappointing. Instead of helping me with my issue, I was met with excuses about other customers’ behaviour, which only added to my frustration. I wasn’t asking for much—just a response and a little assistance with my order—but none of that happened.

If I had been treated with respect and my issues had been handled properly, I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this 1 star review. But after being ignored and receiving such poor service, I feel this review is warranted. You can’t ignore your customers and expect it to be ok, it's just not ok to do that.

I also want to warn other customers to be cautious when shopping here. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. As a potential lifelong customer, I was treated poorly, and that’s simply not how you should treat customers. I don't understand how you can run a business like this

Gorgeous Chain.I purchased this chain a diamond cut ball chain to replace a Links Of London chain .It is beautiful and a third of the price of the Links of London one . I am delighted with the chain , the price and speedy delivery
