My previous car loans were quite some time ago and I no longer had any paperwork relating to my past vehicle purchases. This was not a problem for The Claims Guys, all I needed was my lenders details and they did all the rest. Dealing with The Claims Guys has been so easy too, I never need to call them as I'm regularly updated via email to let me know how my claim is progressing and what stage we're at in the process. Initially I thought it would be too complicated a process, too drawn out and take up a lot of my time. I'm glad I applied as this was nothing like the case and after I'd furnished The Claims Guys with my details they've done all the work searching out my lenders and keeping me informed every step of the way.

So far you have been keeping me updated in regards to my claim and am hoping for a good outcome

Seems like the claim is taking much longer than it should and starting to think if its even happening or not

As much as The Claim Guys Legal keep me informed of each stage and any changes in legislation etc.. this has been going on since the beginning of 2025. Emails come through explaining that they will have an answer by a certain time, then it changes when it comes to that month.
It’s slightly infuriating receiving all these updated information emails and nothing actually being productive.

This has been taking over a year. Keep receiving standard holding emails. Many friends have had their cases resolved in a matter of weeks. Can’t get hold of anyone to discuss this.
