I am pleased with your work so far and the fact you frequently keep me updated on progress.

I cannot believe this claim is taking so long, I have just had my 79th birthday I fear I will have passed away by the time this situation is resolved.

Thanks for keeping me updated on any progress being made. I await further info as it becomes available.

You seem be getting things done but it seems as the lenders are dragging there feet abit which is normal,it's no fault of yours i just wished the lender would make there minds up and get it sorted

I have been trying to make contact with you for the last year, sending emails and not receiving replies. I finally declined the use of your services because you were unwilling to reply to my questions. I even posted a comment on Trust Pilot regarding your lack of customer care. I was shocked to receive this feedback page which you have recently added. Clearly this is because you are getting closer to pay out time. Very disappointed with your service.

It is all taking far too long been waiting for years don't know if I will ever get any money back sick of waiting pathetic

Although all correspondence states that it is the lenders that are taking a while to process my claim I feel that I may have been better taken my own action.

The Claim Guys took over my claim some time ago but they keep me updated on the progress.
I have had to contact them during this period and they responded very quickly

I've never been in a situation like this before and they have been keeping up to date in all matters
