Do not buy from this company. I also wish I read these reviews before purchasing. The filters they sent have the correct codes written on but do not fit my fridge and I now can't get hold of them for a refund or replacement.

Just about all the bad delivery situations listed were experienced any effort to contact ended up being pushed on to their Couriers AI robot BS. Do you want to talk with a human ?!!! Try getting a phone number. Tracking efforts (using their numbers) were always found to have an error, try again, it said!!! Messages saying "your delivery is on its way" and "likely to arrive today"??
"Likely" great word to keep you home for nothing. Like that was said on a Monday after another message of last week said Friday that week was the likely day. Parcel turned up today, no contact just left the parcel on top of one of the front FENCE support pillars. I saw the truck arrive then depart . The parcel looked like it had been through a football match, crushed inner filter cartons plus a loose FILTER bouncing around in the parcel which itself was half opened. Luckily the filters were not damaged. BUT THEY ARE NOT THE CORRECT FILTERS!!
Now getting ready to contact them, from historic accounts that's not going to be easy.
This saga started on the 29th March, they are working from a PO Box West Burleigh
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. They will give a discount depending on the quantity ordered. Don't get sucked in.

We have used this company previously several times with prompt and good service. 6 weeks ago I order 2 filters, one of those sent was not the correct one. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, including one phone call when I managed to get through and a replacement was promised, I still do not have the replacement filter which cost us 70 UKP. This seems to be consistent with the reviews below. Something is very wrong and until the business is rectified everyone should be very wary.

Sent incorrect filters, I now cannot get in touch with them to arrange a refund/replacement.

We have used Fridge Filter for quite some years and have found their service really good. Delivery is always within the time quoted and the product is genuine and what we expected.

SCAM WARNING! Ordered 2 x Bosch Filters on 1st Feb. No delivery after several weeks (despite showing in stock and next day delivery). Wrote to them and complained, was told there was a recall affecting this particular filter but it would be out in a few days. Another 2 weeks passed, still no filter. I ordered direct from Bosch and they informed me there is no recall. I wrote requesting to cancel the order and a refund, this was ignored - tried to call several times but nobody answers the phone and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I've now disputed the transaction and reported as fraud to the bank.

I ordered and paid for an LG Filter 19/2 ,incorrect filter sent . Despite several emails and phone calls I am still awaiting my filter . They do not care about customers or even completing a basic transaction .

No Goods! Ordered on the 27th Feb. Items available on Amazon next day. I have left voice mails and emails - they have not responded.

I have at this point lost £110.00.

I have not used this company before but feels like a scam.

Ordered a filter Jan 23. Never arrived. Received an email a few weeks later saying not sure when it will next be in stock - would I prefer a refund? Said yes then forgot all about it until I started getting the emails saying my filter would need replacing. Emailed Aug 23 then forgot about it again. Now, Feb 24, I left a voicemail. I read the reviews - seems it is how they make their money. I will be doing the small claims court - they need to NOT get away with this!

Absolute joke - Half my order is missing - I have phoned, emailed and live chat, countless times and no one has come back to me!!!!!!! I have been using them on subscription for years - but now the customer service is rubbish - I'll be cancelling my subscription!

Ordered a Franke Filter and it never arrived. No communication. Tried calling them, no answer, tried online chat no response, emailed, no response not even a confirmation that they have received my email.
Avoid.

Ordered a filter 3 weeks ago; money was taken but no filter arrived. Unable to contact through chat or telephone. I would advise not to use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have to give them one star as the no star option is not available. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Ordered a filter on 24th November, sent an email asking when I could expect it to be delivered on 14th December and received a reply with a tracking number saying that they had checked with Royal Mail and that the filter had been delivered. I replied saying that I had not received it, but heard nothing more. Emailed again on 22nd December, but this time checked the tracking number provided, only to find that the item had supposedly been delivered on 9th November - 15 days before I ordered it!!! Have tried emailing again and ringing - no reply to emails and the phone numbers have a voice mail saying that the mailboxes are full. Will now be going through PayPal to try to get my money back.

Do NOT order from this company! SCAMMERS! |Send incorrect filter that didn't order, won't send correct one ordered, won't refund, won't answer calls, won't answer emails, disgusting service. Stole my money.

Update on my court action against these charlatans; I went to the small claims court (online 2 weeks ago), paid £35 and started proceedings.
Within two days of the court telling the filtershop that proceedings had started, they returned my money and repaid the court fees plus expenses. No apologies; no explanation; no shame.
