Thegenuineleather Reviews

Limited communication. Late arrival only to receive a cheap knock off of what I paid premium dollar for. When inquiring about a return I was told color variations don't qualify. When I followed up with it being not what was pictured I was told I'd have to pay for return shipping to China. No company does that unless they're a scam. Reported to BBB.

TOTAL SCAM… I ordered a sweatshirt which basically came in like a child size large then in order to return it, it was $80 at my expense to ship it back to Dubai. Then they offered me a partial refund which they’ve been saying for over two months and they have yet to give me any money back.

Worst company ever do not order anything. Or they sell is fake garbage on this website. Don't waste your time. The return policy is a nightmare.. they'll not even worthy of a star. I wish I could give them negative stars

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!! This company pretends to have good quality products but I received a dirty jacket with bad quality embroidery and wrong sizing. They sent it from Pakistan it seems they dont evem check the quality of their clothing. I have reached out multiple times but they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with their jacket even though I outlined it and sent photos multple times they are pretending they dont have them!! I wish I checked their reviews here beforehand.

Giving this company a one star is a disservice to to the 1 star rating.
Searching for an expensive Patagonia Raincoat, this company advertised the product with exactly the same photo and description and significant discount (My bad, I should have realise). After ordering I was uneasy and started reading Trustpilot reviews and I realised this company uses reputable product names and advertises discount codes but sells cheap products.
I cancelled one hour after placing my order as per the cancellation conditions to get a full refund.
The company used delaying tactics and ignorance for approx. two weeks and delivered a shabbily manufactured Patagonia labelled raincoat. Now they want me to return the raincoat to Pakistan or Dubai at my expense while only promising me an 80% refund which I am sure I will not get.

Conclusion Buy from this company at your own Peril. The company is based in UAE and Pakistan,

consiglio assolutamente a tutti di non acquistare mai nulla su questo sito. Prodotti completamente diversi da quello mostrati in foto, senza etichette e per di più contraffatti. Inoltre, appena mi sono provato una felpa, si è rotta la cerniera. Indegno!

I'd give them a MINUS 5 stars if possible. A total waste of money.
I ordered two Patagonia rain jackets and received knockoffs after verifying with Patagonia.
The response received from my inquiry was a cookie cutter response which just dragged on the process. They will attempt to have you keep the item and give you a discount on a new order, however, you're already out the initial payment.
If for ANY reason you try too make an exchange or return, YOU are responsible for the shipping cost. From unfortunate prior experience with companies like this one, it's either a Middle Eastern or a Chinese company.
My advice is to STAY AWAY from this company as the only thing genuine is that you will GENUINELY GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
11 emails into my attempt to make an exchange and I'm still out of $250.

DO NOT BUY anything from them. If I could give ZERO I would!!! I don’t usually get scammed but this place is a joke. A hoodie took 3 months to arrive and then I’ve been battling for a couple weeks to return it. It was a size large but definitely not an adult size. And now to return it..I have to pay return shipping to. Dubai!!!! WTF… DO NOT BUY from them

Good afternoon to whomever it may concern:

On June 22,2026 I ordered a black Jersey Mexico Mundial 2026 size 2 XL for men and I paid $139.00, I am very upset, angry for the following reasons:

1. It's very smelly, it smells awful
2. It's super thick, the sleeves are extremely long, it looks like an old shirt, and it doesn't have any tags.
3. very poor quality, feels like it’s made of cheap material
4. I paid extra for shipping for it to arrive earlier between 5-8 business days, but I just received it 5. This is nothing like what I expected for the amount I paid. I'm sorry, but I want my money back.
This is a nightmare; there's no phone number to contact them, and the email address listed there for my return isn't responding.

It's a scam, they stole my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE—PRODUCTS ARE COUNTERFEIT.

The baseball jersey received is counterfeit, despite the product images implying authenticity and a description explicitly claiming it is "officially licensed by Nike and the World Baseball Classic... sold through The Genuine Leather as an official licensed retailer."

The jersey I received was missing the lower-left logo shown in the photos and lacks internal collar and care labels. When I requested a refund, the sales representative was evasive, arguing that no misrepresentation occurred because of a buried note in the product details stating, "this is a recreated product." Explicitly claiming an item is officially licensed while hiding a disclaimer that it is a replica is blatant false advertising.

For returns, the website states "20 Days easy, risk-free returns" but they're refusing to accept my return.

I would give this outfit a ZERO,
It’s all cheap knockoffs, they say they guarantee the top quality of their product
With very misleading advertising… scam company!!!

I wanted to cancel my order, but they’re charging me 25% of the purchase price even though I gave them plenty of notice and the items haven’t even been shipped or processed yet—what a rip-off.

I just received the package with the jacket I ordered. It was supposed to be a well-made wool and cotton jacket. I paid $99 "on sale." I received a very low-quality jacket, made of some synthetic material, without even a label, and with a receipt included in the package with the product details: "GOODS VALUE $20, MADE IN PAKISTAN." I sent an email asking for a return, but I don't know if they'll respond.

The worst scam of a company I have ever come across.
Selling fake branded goods at high prices then refusing to even give you a return address for refund
Customer service emails ignored
Quality of product is clearly bought off temu

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this website. It is a complete scam and a fraudulent company. I placed an order jackets, but I only received some of my order correctly , and the rest never arrived.

I have tried to contact them numerous times to resolve the issue, but they completely ignored my emails and messages. They take your money and then disappear. Please be careful and do not fall for their trap. This is a dishonest business that lacks any credibility. Avoid them at all costs!"

This company is a scam.
When I purchased a leather jacket, I was excited. Until I looked at the reviews which bombed this company and now I understand why.
When you email a company asking for a refund you don't expect to be asked why, it's my own business why I want to cancel the order, it may be my own financial issues or it may be something more personal, in any case it's none of this companies business it isy own.
When I emailed asking for a refund they asked me why, and then they tried to convince me to keep the order, finally after confirming with them I do not want the product they told me there is a manufacturing cost, taking in mind the coat was not custom, I'm pretty sure they have loads of these jackets in storage, they just wanted to rob me of my money.
They took £25 of what I would consider an expensive jacket.
I would 100% recommend not buying any products and if you buy a product and then check the reviews, I'm sorry for you.
Absolute joke of a company.

This company deserves to be shut down. All items are fake. Customer service is shocking. Do not buy anything from them at all. Be warned.

SCAM COMPANY!
DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY...they will take your money not reply to emails and rip you off..AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam company, I ordered a polo Ralph Lauren hoodie it arrived after 2 months and was obviously fake. I then contacted them and they refused to give me a refund after I sent the item back and shipping cost me $120 to ship back to them in Pakistan. Complete rip offs never order anything from these people avoid them at all costs!
