update: TGL has replied to me demanding a refund/return by telling me to remove this review in order to continue with the process of refunding the item, breaching the rules of incentive in order to lose one less favorable review. I responded very rudely out of frustration that if they want a positive review to provide a positive experience.

update 2: TGL has stated their refund policy and work is "effected" by my review as it impedes them working on it. so it sounds like they are holding my own money hostage from me, again that breaches Trustpilot's incentivizing policy and I think would loosely qualify as extortion.

just got my order in after three days of arguing with their customer service about holding it in processing limbo for half a month. The piece was sent hastily and obviously drop-shipped or sourced from some shady entity with the quality of material but it was also 5 sizes smaller than the actual order. The pants I put in my money for wouldn't fit a malnourished child let alone a full adult man. Save your money, run for the hills from this site

Ordered a bomber jacket,when it finally arrived it was a light tan with red fur,was to be dark brown with blonde fur ! I wanted to return it but the company offered 50 percent off rather then return the item.. it's been 4 months and none of my texts now go thtough!!! Dear Chuck

DO NOT order from this company!! Ordered a Notre Dame jacket for my 83 year old father. After he had it for a month, we noticed it said Notre DANE not DAME! Kept going back and forth with emails. They stated I need to ship it back on my dime and then they would refund the money. Ridiculous!

I ordered the product at the end of November for a Christmas present. Came 2 months later. I canceled the order several times after Christmas, which they ignored. I ordered a 4XL but what I got was a large according to THEIR SIZING CHART. I know because I measured. Plus, it is not leather. The leather bomber I ordered is more like a polyester baseball jacket. Save yourself the headache and don't do business here.

How is this place even still a thing? I wrote it a very specific code for my best friend's wedding which was outdoors on New Year's. They said I would have it in 5 to 8 days, after 2 and 1/2 weeks. I sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. The jacket that showed up was in fact comical and not even remotely close to what was pictured. It also smelled like actual motor oil. I've asked for a refund but please save yourself from this place

This is the worst product I have ever purchased online. It took over two months to receive. The quality of the material is terrible. I paid $120 for a women size Large which was more like a kids size and when I requested a refund I was told shipping was too much for a return a they would offer a $20 partial refund.

Leathering plagiarize some images and text from others vendors who clearly manufacture what they sell. Let the buyer beware! Leatherings are not exactly what they portray.

Wouldn't cancel my order even though I requested it prior to shipping. Per their return policy, cancels were accepted in those cases. It took several days to respond, and even then they did not want to cancel, instead they wanted to "fix" it. There was nothing to fix, I changed my mind and decided not to purchase it. Seller still would not cancel despite numerous requests. After the back and forth I mentioned their bad reviews and I had wished I saw them before any purchase. Told me they will not refund me if I gave them a bad review. I ended up disputing the purchase with my bank. Then, 2 weeks later I got a notification the order was shipped! I immediately contacted UPS and advised not to send to me as I already told seller to cancel multiple times. I did not want to receive the product and then pay a fortune in shipping fees to send back overseas.
I caution anyone to not do business with them, and you can read what others have said too.

Order placed October 19th....Received the "fake" leather jacket in a ball, from Pakistan, on November 25th. Began a string of emails to return the terrible product. Finally got an an address in Austrailia to return it. Mailed on Dec. 5th USPS with tracking...tried to deliver it to the address three times, Dec. 12, 14, 15th. No one there to receive it. I will be filing a fraud charge on it from my credit card used....

I ordered a jacket on November 21,2023. The company did not contact me to give me shipping details or any information. They did take my money that same day though. I contacted them early December. It was a Christmas gift. First they said there was an issue and it would be sent in a few days. Then they demanded an extra $45 for shipping due to my remote location. Then they asked for my address. I questioned them if they didn’t know my address how could they possibly assume it was remote and needed extra money to ship. They said they would refund my money if I did not want to pay the extra shipping costs (which were half the amount of the jacket). The shipping company they used has delivered two packages to my address in the last few weeks, with no extra shipping charges. They would be keeping 20% though due to it being ready to send out. After several emails back and forth, they then stated it was sent expedited shipping. The next email said it was not sent. Then they said they would refund but keep 25%. I asked for the refund, and since then I have not heard from them despite sending many emails requesting the refund.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I believe they are scammers trying to get more money after a purchase which included shipping costs.
I have escalated this to PayPal and I am hoping to get at least some of my money back. Please do not buy anything from this company!

My First online review ever. Ordered a mens large coat.
The coat I received would not be large enough for a 10 year old. Asked to return the the coat for a refund and the shipping cost for me was more that I paid for the coat. Very poor service.

Selling fake/counterfeit branded products. Although I did receive the order, it was shipped from Pakistan, which was a surprise. The product is an extremely poor quality fake, not even made an effort.

Buyer Beware! I placed an order for a hooded jacket on October 12th 2023. I have yet to receive this item. Nor have I been able to make contact with this company. Emails and Help requests go unanswered or are rejected as invalid.

I ordered a product titled "Barbie 2023 Ryan Gosling Fringe Shirt". The images depicted a shirt that I was looking for to complete my Halloween costume. I instead received a jacket with a similar aesthetic. Not at all what was presented on their website. I asked for a refund multiple times and their response was to give me a 25% discount on my next purchase, and keep the product. They said this was worked in my favor because I would have to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping. I demanded a full refund. I looked up the cost of shipping back to the address they gave me, which was in Australia, and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. I don't understand why. After multiple back-and-forth emails insisting they fully refund me and pay for the return, I gave up. I realized I was deceived after they changed their URL. They removed the www subdomain, which was suspicious.
I have my coupon, but I'll be dammed if I give them any more of my money. I recently checked their new URL and they’ve added additional images to their product. Now it shows a jacket.
Please be ware of this company.

I share a similar experience to all else here, and I wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I placed an order on October 19 for an "in-stock" item and paid for rush shipping. The order was still showing processing so I reached out for an anticipated ship date and was told that the item was being assembled, even though itnwas shown on the website as in-stock. Their website indicates a 24 hour cancellation period for a full refund, but I asked to cancel the order anyway as the item would never arrive by Halloween. I was told I could receive a 75% refund, and then in follow-up emails, offers of anywhere from a $20 refund to $50 refund, plus a gift card future purchase. Even after canceling the order and initiating a dispute with PayPal THEY SENT THE ITEM ANYWAY! The embellishments on the item that arrived were peeling off of the jacket, so I reached out to return the item as it is already falling apart. They are now indicating that I can return the jacket if I pay for shipping, but by their own terms and conditions, I won't receive a refund if the order isn't "received at their warehouse" so I am very concerned that they will never acknowledge receipt of my item and I will never receive a refund. This company continues to make commitments they do not honor. Stay away.

This company is a rip off. Their products are terrible, and you can't get hold of anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order and afterwards saw horrible reviews so immediately went on website to cancel. Per their policy, cancel w full refund within 24 hrs, which I was well within the timeframe.
The email they provide to cancel is invalid and bounced back. (#+ red flag is you can't cancel order in order confirmation)
I tried every email in their site until reached someone. They questioned why I was canceling and tried to haggle a deal before agreeing to full refund. I was told on 10/13/23 that "tomorrow " I would be issued refund. As of 10/28 and numerous emails, more haggling/trying to make me a deal and assuring me "not to worry" still no refund issued. AS OF 10/28/23- FILED REPORT OF THIS COMPANY ON FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION website. I would suggest others do same.
