I ordered a leather jacket and I am delighted with it. It is of the highest quality and is made exactly as shown in the picture. Recommended.

The trashy company selling extremely bad quality and fake everything. completely wrong order and stiching was disgusting... Never ever buy from them

I purchased a gift for my dad on 12/3/22, after checking on the package many times and trying to cancel the order, it finally showed up 6 weeks later. I immediately contacted them to return and I spent $80 to then send it back to Australia, and it's now 3 months later and I'm still waiting for my refund. Finally opened a claim with my credit card and they are handling it! STAY AWAY from this company! This has been the worst experience I've ever had ordering something online.

The overall experiance was good seller provide same good as saw in picture and the quality of good was amazed.

I have received their jacket sooner than expected and I was amazed by the quality and it feels very premium. The fitting is spot on, like it was made for me and enhancing my looks and very comfortable while wearing

I made a purchase on the website without checking its reputation... and that was a mistake. After finding a series of negative reviews I decided to cancel my order before it was shipped, and requested a full refund. They got back to me the day after saying that it'd take two more days to ship it. I confirmed my cancellation request, and they requested the reason for cancellation, which I provided. Out of a sudden I got another e-mail, in which they said that my order was being prepared for shipping with a tracking number! I confirmed the cancellation again, and they replied with a link to very shady cancellation policy that "permitted" them to take off up to 50% of the refund, if order was cancelled at the late stage. Ultimately, I opened a dispute on PayPal. Stay away!

All positive reviews are propably fake. This merchant is fraudulent!

ITS A SCAM…. I ordered a Lincoln University Bomber jacket from this site for my daughters college announcement photo shoot. After going back and forth with these people through email on shipping because it took forever. I finally get the jacket and instead of the Lincoln Patches being g sewn on they were heat transfer paper picture ironed on a jacket. Lincoln University colors are Blue and Orange the Jacket was blue and red. Someone took a Cricut machine and did arts and crafts on this jacket that I spent $135.00 for. I own a Cricut I could have did this myself. They took the pictures that were on the jacket printed them out and ironed them on. After I sent an email cussing them out the said they would give a “partial refund” of $20 and 25% off my next order… lol. ITS A SCAM…. DO NOT DO IT. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!!!!

BEWARE!…this merchant is a fraud. Even after a long lead time I received the product… and it was junk. Sizing way off (3 sizes too small) from their posted sizes. The garment was low quality, had grease on it, and exposed seams. After sending photos they offered me a 25% refund, or full refund i return it to Australia… at my freight expense! When I objected, they said they never had any other complaints, and then cut off communication with me. BEWARE.

NEVER order from this company!

The item I ordered, the Princess Di Sweater, was TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED on the website. I received a piece of GARBAGE that had printed images on a sweatshirt.
Customer service is non existent. They are telling me that they will give me $25 reimbursement on my $79 purchase - but I can't get them to even respond as to how they plan to do that.
BUYER BEWARE!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. My item was extremely delayed, came WELL after the delivery time frame. Once it showed up it was a replica of the item ordered and an awful replica at that. Completely not wearable. Still sitting in the package waiting to hear back from them so I can return it.

Dramatic: ship extreme slowly, very poor quality, sizes do not match the chart they provide. Completely useless product. Do not buy here.

Ordered a NorthFace puffy jacket women's. Took forever to arrive, and was a scam, a knockoff to say the least. material not close logo not close. Then the run around for a return, refund 50%an keep the jacket, no thanks. We do not like to be mislead and scammed. There is no return instructions or label. Email response appears to be from a private email with no reference or letter head form the company. Each email has the scantest of information making any return/refund impossible. I encourage you to move on to another company, preferably one in the US with a true customer service department.

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS!!! Be aware, this is a legit scam!!!! What you see on their website is not what they sell. I bought a Carhartt jacket for $150 and they sent me the crappiest counterfeit jacket you’ve ever seen. Literally a painted on logo. The kind of thing you’d expect to pay $15 for in Bali. Won’t refund, offer you $20 to keep it and not say anything. Luckily for me I know a bit about consumer laws in Australia & US so I’m going to report them to all the consumer bodies as well as the brands they counterfeit (hey there Carhartt), social channels, Google, eBay etc. At the very least I’m going to try and get the website shutdown and at best I want to get them fined. Never mess around with a lawyer who has too much time on their hands. Don’t even care about the money, I just hate scammers!!!!

Worst company ever! If you have to return something for a refund forget it. The mens jacket I bought is nothing what they advertise and they won't give me a prepaid return shipping label because it's too expensive to send back and they won't give me a full refund. Have to dispute with credit card company. Never again!

This company is a complete scam!!! If you even receive the merchandise it is inferior in quality. And refunds are never sent even for item you didn’t receive.

Well, I'm waiting more than 1 moth to get what i unfortunately ordered. After i startet a case on paypal they finally send me something from Pakistan:

Now I'm curious whats inside. I had to send it to Germany, because Italy is in some kind of remote area for them...
