TLDR: Do not purchase from this company! This business is a scam. Any positive reviews this company has, pay attention to carefully. Many, if not all of them, are fake.

I’m certain that others’ experiences may differ from my own; they may have even had positive interactions. Unfortunately, that simply wasn’t the case for me. I purchased a leather jacket on May 11th (2022) for the price of $254.15. I received an email (same-day), ensuring me that the item would be dispatched within 5-8 days, with delivery being estimated to take place between 12-15 business days after dispatch.

On May 16th, I received an email from requesting my gender in order for this store to BEGIN making my order; I responded the same day - not only with my gender, but also - with my height, weight, and desired fit to help expedite the process. 28 days later (on June 13th), I sent an email, requesting the status of my order, to which they responded that the item was on hold. They reassured me that, despite this, the jacket would be dispatched within 1-2 days with expedited shipping.

9 days later (on June 22nd), I - once again - requested the status of my order, to which they responded 2 days later (on June 24th), apologizing for the delay, explaining that the order had been made incorrectly and that it would require 3-4 days to remake and another 10 for me to receive, a total of 14 days max. I was asked if I wished to proceed with or cancel the order. I responded the same day, requesting a full refund due to the extended timeline and lack of initiative to communicate on the store’s part.

3 days later (on June 27th), I received an email, claiming that the item would be dispatched within 1-2 days with expedited shipping. I was - once again - asked if I wanted to proceed with or cancel the order. I responded the same day, reconfirming that I requested a full refund. 2 days later (on June 29th), I was informed that my package was “already handed over to shipper” and that it would arrive “very soon” due to it having been sent with expedited shipping. And, once again, I was asked to confirm whether or not I wanted to proceed with or cancel the order.

I responded the same day, explaining - how similarly to the multiple instances that preceded it - I was again asking for a full refund. On July 1st, I was told that the order would be canceled with a 25% cancellation fee. I was again asked if I intended to proceed with or cancel the order. To summarize the rest of the story, I have been given numerous excuses, attempting to explicate why my delivery was late, why my refund hasn’t been sent, and it’s now August 8th. I am still waiting.

UTTER RUBBISH, This is a scam site the photos are ripped from other sites they are Pakistan based company no numbers work the jacket arrived with a horrible delivery service

This jacket was charged at 260$aud and is un-wearable not made of any leather will be seeking all means of a refund and will be shaming this company to warn other's never buy from here period disputing this matter with banks THIS IS A SCAM SITE

These are fake merchandise. I received my item but the logos were so off and looks nothing like the pictures in website. Ships from Pakistan …. Not domestic…Should have checked company before ordering

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. This is scam website. Ordered jumper, then enquired a month later as to where it is as I did not receive it they wanted more money and more private details. Contacted PayPal and they said it’s fraudulent account that looks like real deal. But all you are doing is paying money into personal acc not a business acc.

Ordered a Jacket but it I never received. Also the customer support does not write anymore. So 200$ are away... seems like scam

I received my jacket on time at 15 days. I have found it a little on the small size. I too believe it comes out of southeast Asia. The quality leaves something to be desired. I was hoping for a softer more pliable material. I have asked for an exchange, but as yet I have received no reply.

this is hurting me to say, I ordered a jacket and it turned out to be cloth instead of genuine leather as it was mentioned on the ad, don’t buy it trust me:’( wish I never did

I bought a large jacket for my nephew and he loves it. It could have been a little bigger but I am overall pleased with the purchase and shipping was amazing.

Bought a sweater and it was not what it is pictured in the site. Synthetic materials, not wool and two sizes smaller than what the size chart shows. Super disappointed. I just emailed customer service to get a refund. Hopefully they are responsive! Fingers crossed!

Zero stars this company is total bulls**t and a scam! They lie through their teeth. They were supposed to send me a sweater ordered November 29 it’s now December 27 and I still haven’t received it. After asking for a full refund (after hearing loads of lies about delays due to Covid and shipping delays) they gave me a FEDEX tracking number 555191571092 which came from Karachi Pakistan going to South Carolina…(their company is supposed to be located in Australia apparently?!!) the funniest part though is that it says it was delivered on December 14 when they didn’t even claim to ship it until December 23!! Could they lie anymore? Don’t waste your money or your time!!!
I went to spam them on Facebook and of course they turned off my comments and deleted them!!!
I work extremely hard for my money and I would still love a full refund so I can take that money and buy my daughter the gift that she was expecting for Christmas.

Worst customer service ever. First they put my package on hold because their shipper couldn't figure out how to properly enter an address. They were literally telling me my address was wrong. So I provided a new address. Then they mixed the 2 address together to come up with an address that did not exist, a d they shipped it there.

After much frustration, I finally manage to find the package. I open it up and it's a cheap sweatshop cellophane wrapped garment. Was supposed to be a 3/4 length winter coat. It was thin like a shirt, and made like a blazer or sport jacket, and even had shoulder pads, and didn't even hang down to my waist. For $169usd, you'd expect something that was at the very lest as good as Walmart lol. They offered a partial refund of 126$, but I'm still out the difference, plus the 95$ in import charges. These people are criminals. Don't be fooled as I was. My PayPal payment went to a Saqib Bora.

These people are scam artist criminals. Avoid at all costs.

First, the product is not what was shown on the website. When I emailed to return I get nothing but a run-a-round. I have been going back and forth with this place for months just to get a partial refund. I send emails just about daily and maybe once a week I get a response telling me "sorry we forgot and will issue tomorrow". Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!

They use fake pictures pasted from other websites and fake reviews written by people from within the company to boost ratings online. They are a scam!

This business is a f****** scam. DO NOT BUY. The stuff is fake leather, barely held together, looks like plastic. Sized down like 2 sizes. Company refuses to accept returns. They continue to harass you and still don’t accept returns. Also their website has false information. It says it comes from Florida but has a Australia number address. But my jacket came from Saudi Arabia and then they wanted me to return it to United Arab Emirates. I never returned it because it costs more to ship it back then the piece of crap is worth. I bet they would make up something like it was damaged when it arrived anyway.

TOTAL SCAM.I'm guessing all of the bs 5 star reviews are from the scumbags running the company and are FAKE.They rob images of other company's products and use them to advertise their junk.I ordered a "Notre Dame" varsity jacket and it IS A POS.The leather is shiney,thin and cheap.The sleeves will barely go over my arms they are so tight.The felt on the body is similar to something you would get from a craft store and the Notre Dame letters which should all be individual and made from chenille are embroidered an upper and lower rocker.Looks LITERALLY like something you would get from a discount second hand store.And is about as thin and has about the same weight as a heavy wind breaker.COMPLETE SCAM...TRUST ME.Do not fall for the positive reviews because they are fake and are placed to mislead you.DO NOT fall for this cheap scam with its fake images!Also won't respond to my email for a return.If your thinking about buying here? Look at their site and see if you can find ANY contact info...THAT IS YOUR FIRST AND BIGGEST WARNING SIGN.It's that way for a reason! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I’ve always wanted a Varsity Jacket to complement my style, but I thought they were too costly until I came upon this site. It is safe to say that it has exceeded all of my expectations. Completely washable, fashionable, and ideal in every aspect. A medium fits perfectly. Thank you for sending the best jacket!
