Grace Media suffered a cyber breach a month ago and it's casino sites were down for 2 weeks as a result. I have asked about compensation on Fruitywins 2 weeks ago when it reopened and they said i will hear back from the relevant department about this. I still have heard nothing. I have been on live chat again and i asked if i will hear a response this year. They said they can't provide a timeframe. The company is a joke and doesn't care about its customers. I've reported them to the UK Gambling Commision. STAY AWAY!

Royale Lounge suffered a cybersecurity breach on 6 June 2026 and made absolutely no attempt to inform customers. I only found out because I contacted them directly — they were not forthcoming about it at all. The site was offline for approximately two weeks and again, not a single communication was sent to let customers know what was happening or when the site had been restored.
When I raised the breach and asked about compensation, I was told they were "unable to discuss compensation requests at this time." That's simply not good enough when customers' personal data may have been compromised.
I have since reported them to the UK Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and have requested my account be closed. An operator that hides a data breach from its own customers cannot be trusted. Avoid.

No joining bonus awarded after my initial bet was settled, I wasn’t going to argue about that as normally t’c & c’s are a pain so I let that one ride.

Deposited and never received bonus waited a week then contacted live chat again and the agent kindly added it for me after I waited a week for the relevant department. Deposited twice over the weekend with the advertised bonus codes never received my bonus again contacted live chat, by text and by email still no reply from relevant department. Just tried live chat again and was informed he will send my concern to the relevant department AGAIN and add the additional 2 outstanding bonus’s was already told 3 times this had been done, asked if I could contact this department direct and was told he couldn’t disclose any further information as they have different operating hours to them when they are available 24 hours a day. Since I raised the issue the bonus offers were removed form my promotion page. Very unfair and false advertising

So I wrote a review you replied back saying your were now going through withdrawals,it’s been 3 days since and still not received mine ,I contacted customer service who then messaged the same message back saying systems are down and don’t know when they will start processing withdrawals,what’s going on cause all I see is your sites lying to your customers constantly end off !! The biggest web of scam I have ever seen.
You register with one of their sites, start getting promotional emails - the first time promotion is not being paid and you raide a complaint out you stop getting promotional emails from site that you register for, but start receiving emails from their sites you have not registered for - that is illegal.
Complaints are not handled according to UKGC regulations, deadlock references are not issued, agents saying that promotions are not issued due to technical site issues and never being resolved.
