AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

I have deposited and wagered via promotion - have not received a promotion, asked them to either issue me with deadlock reference or a refund - they are refusing to issue me with deadlock reference or to comply with any of the regulations.

No wonder they have been sanctioned by UKGC multiple times

P.S. Their agents said that I have not received promotion due to site technical error - i was over a week ago and they still have not fixed nor did they refund me, they have stole 3 promotions in a span of 12 days - neither of 3 has been addressed.

IF you ever deposited with them - my offer would be to report them to your bank as fraud and scam.

Update: their Private emails has investigated an issue of RTPs, but not fraud, theft, site malfunctions, refusal to raise or investigate issues. Which will all be made public because they're literally admitting to fraud and theft instead of investigating it.

Site keeps crashing also difficulty applying any promotions and customer service make it impossible to help you

Absolutely terrible experience. Site looked good, signed up for welcome offer on hot streak slots (sportsbook) account closed due to risk. Yeah top class customer service 👌. Close your customers accounts before they even get to use it. A grand total of 4 bets made.

Apologies, had to update review as it was actually football I placed the bets on not horse racing as previously stated. However, still same principle behind poor customer service closing account with only a few bets made. I have sent requested information. I presume for reference number, you where refering to my ticket number with hot streak.

Only joined this site today and found the game play brilliant, plenty of bonuses and they pay well.
I did put in £600 and got returns of £870.
Took £800 out and just waiting for this to go into my bank,will update on this review.

Avoid at all costs. They will entice you with some lovely sounding offers. You will deposit on one Grace Media site(Mayfair casino) for instance, with a bonus code and the bonus with appear straight away. You will deposit on another Grace Media site(Love wins casino) for instance, with a bonus code and the bonus with not appear straight away, then you told to wait upto 7 days for the bonus to appear. The 7 days will come and go with no bonus appearing. You will contact live chat, they will pass you off to another department for a day or two. You will hear that there is a problem with the promotion,(you know that's rubbish, as it went through ok on the other grace media site you deposited with) and you will receive your deposit cash back into you account, even thought the offer for instance was FEB400(400% deposit bonus upto £20). I think, they think the paying public are stupid, and will accept the £10 deposit refund as ok. Well not me. My daughter who is a solicitor is all over the T&C's(I have took a screenshot them incase they change). Will let you all know how I get on. In the meantime time they have closed all my individual Grace Media Brand accounts and I'm already in contact with the gaming commission about the situation. The lady was lovely on the phone.

Update: at the the start it was normal then the emails started… they said because I used a payment method with a different name I had to prove my identity even though the name was exactly the same as it’s my name. I had 2 grand pending withdrawals and they now ask for ID proof address etc. I lost my passport so I ordered a citizens card and then when I sent it they said it’s not valid. So then I ordered a passport and now I sent everything they said they’re processing it and it takes3 business days then randomly I got an email saying they’ve restricted my account even though I haven’t used the account in weeks since the day I withdrew the money. Now they say they want to speak on the phone and told me to pick a time which I did and they never did. I’ve now built a case and I will be suing for the full amount of the withdrawals and also for the stress it’s caused me and not to mention for the being fraudulent. Do not use jackpotonlinecasino or any casino tan by grace media.

Update 2: they still haven’t verified me or even looked at the documents. Everything they say is a complete lie.

I originally gave this site a 5 start review but recently I used a promotion they had £5 deposit for 300% match up I deposited and didn’t get the promotion so I contacted chat who told me I had qualified but had to wait the 7 days as per term & conditions I contacted them after the 7 days to be told the promotion was not on my account any more I explained what happened but was told no it’s over so I lost out will not be using again very bad to offer promotion then not give them disappointed as I originally like this site but will use others now

Easy to sign up plenty of choices to play and excellent customer service

Reading reviews of on line casinos is extremely predictable. Invariably the dissenters tend to be players that have lost and subsequently irrationally look to blame the gaming organisation in question.
