I am very happy to be able to say that 99.9% of the time that I have any questions or issues going on with my account that the representatives have mostly been extremely helpful and genuinely listen and validate what I am going through with informed responses and most of the staff will keep assisting me until the issue is resolved, fixed and completed. So followed through from the start to the finished happy resolution.
I do however believe that being a long time loyal customer that the site needs to also show that loyalty back to their customers and be more upfront and honest with long time customers. We know that there's business tactics at play but I find myself feeling deceived and let down when I can clearly see that I am being coersed and manipulated to having no choice. I have had a lot of Vegas kings website issues now. At least half a dozen times my account has started doing its own thing and I cannot use the bonus offers that I have shown up as a available offer. This happens a lot more than it doesn't. I'm not able to choose the offer I want. It will show a offer of "deposit $20 for a 50% match in the notification part so I will click on deposit and go to the deposit screen and then the offer disappears from the bonus options. It completely ignores what I am trying to do and just closes on me and there is no genuine reason why. I have many times now uninstalled and reinstalled again and again as advised to do. And I make sure to clear the cache. I have done everything possible from my side but it never makes any difference and that is because it is a problem from the site. Only the site can go into my account to investigate further about what the problem is. It's not the customers duty to be ignored and fobbed off by being told to uninstall and reinstall after the fact that I have already completed doing that with no resolution. Validation and accountability that the problems are often issues with the site or an account that only the site can resolve. Being validated and heard and reassured and honesty that the site can indeed have its own issues and that it is not "the customers" fault or wrongdoing. Respect, honesty and integrity is a absolute must between loyal customers and the site as I feel that we are a team. Back and forth keeping a good balance. I like to feel like I am in a enjoyable happy safe site to relax and enjoy a play. But the consistency of every time being condescendingly given the same few bits of information that is unhelpful without a doubt because it's a website issue/mishap or whatever the case and the fact is there's nothing bad or wrong with that truth because everything has issues at some point. But resolution management and customer service needs to stop being about screwing over the customer to do a quick deceitful sly business tactic. It's not necessary. You can be honest with your customers and be helpful and professional and still make plenty of money. I really have no tolerance to being treated less than or in the wrong especially when I know that I have been 100% straight up and honest about anything I have ever brought up as an issue. My conscience is clear and concise. That is what makes me feel let down in the customer service department. Not being listened to or validated about my issues and spoken over with the same response every time (uninstall, reinstall, clear cache) and knowing that I am once again not being listened to or even believed. Like I am lying about the whole ordeal. That puts me off wanting to continue to use the site as my so called safe and happy place to have a play. Loyal customers deserve loyalty and respect back from the site that they have been loyal to. Ethics between customer and representatives are an absolute must. Having a good rappore with customers should be an important priority. It will make a world of difference for all involved. We are all human after all.
