Won nearly £1k on big bass secrets of the golden lake. Withdrew last night 1st time customer. Was wary judging of other reviews but no issues at all, customer service great and helpful staff they said 48hrs took 12 hours. My new favourite casino thanks guys.

Be very careful of this company. I joined their Rollbit website for sports betting, deposited funds, then couldn't find the sports betting option
I spoke to customer services who said 'Sports betting is not available for UK customers!!'
When I asked to withdraw my funds they said 'Terms and conditions mean you have to wage your whole deposit on our games before you can withdraw!
I explained that I had thought it was for Sports betting and didn't understand this was not available in the UK, but I just got quoted the same line, I had to wager all my deposit on games before I got request a withdrawal
Eventually, 'Caleb' from Online chat said he would raise a ticket then just disappeared and ignored me, so no idea if it's been raised or now
Very misleading in my opinion .I'll be raising this with my bank as a complaint. Tried to resolve this amicably, but they are not interested.
The website does not make it clear on sign up that sport betting is not available for UK residents and then to refuse withdrawal of funds is not acceptable.
Update/Response to Grace Media:
Many thanks for responding so quickly and for the withdrawal. It is misleading as I clicked on the link for .com, but it seems due to my IP address I was redirected to .co.uk and at no stage was I warned that UK residents have limited functionality on the .co.uk website.
However I am pleased this has been resolved so quickly so will amend my score

Update for you Paul. We have managed to locate your account and the deposit made is being reversed and processed as we speak. Rollbit have two sites of which one is co. uk and the other .com. Only the crypto site is currently available for Sports betting at this stage. We apologise for the confusion this may of caused

Deposited £10 chose my sign up bonus as 30 wager free spins on starburst when you wager £10 clicked on the qualifying games wagered £10 on a qualifying game, still didn’t work contacted customer service they said it’s qualified but it will go on in 2 hours, never got the spins. Closed the account because I can’t be bothered with it

Brilliant service
Jason was a perfect gentleman, they offered me good service. Very polite and respectful towards me. Gambling is fun when you stick your limit and this casino encourages that. Good selection of games. Slight drawback here is the withdrawal times is does take a little time. Hopefully I get mine soon.
