This is my first time ordering from this company and I am not impressed. What I received is not what I ordered and the party is tomorrow. Super disappointed.

They were out of the color of the shirt…
They were out of the color of the shirt I ordered and called me immediately to inform. I choose a different color and they threw in a nice gift for my troubles. Although it was no trouble at all.

Fantastic Customer Service
The House of Bachelorette was great! They had so many fun things to help make the party I was throwing a success. And the customer service is amazing! I wasn't paying attention and accidently ordered too many of an item. They looked at the order and noticed the numbers didn't match the other items I ordered and sent me an email to double check if my order was correct or I needed to change it. They changed the order and sent me a refund and shipped my order super fast! Would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a bachelorette party and would use them again!
