We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. As a returning customer, we truly wanted to help resolve the issues you reported, which is why we reached out multiple times by email asking for additional information, including your current water parameters and more details about what was happening in the aquarium.

Unfortunately, we were never able to get the information needed to properly diagnose the problem. Fish health can be affected by many factors after arrival, and water parameters are one of the most important pieces of information when troubleshooting losses.

We stand behind our fish and always do our best to assist customers, but we can only help when we receive clear details about the issue. A review stating only “no good fish” doesn’t provide us—or future customers—with enough information to understand what occurred.

Our door remains open, and if you’d still like assistance, we’re happy to work with you to determine what may have happened and help prevent future losses. We genuinely want our customers and their fish to succeed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear your fish arrived alive, but we're sorry to learn they didn't make the best first impression when you opened the box.

Your order was delivered four days after it was placed, which is within our stated processing and delivery timeframe. It's also normal for fish to appear stressed after shipping, and the water in the bags can sometimes become discolored during transit due to waste accumulation and stress. While it may not look appealing, it is a common part of the shipping process and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with the fish's health.

We do wish you had reached out to us when you first received your order. We're always happy to review photos, answer questions, and help assess the condition of newly arrived fish. Our goal is for every customer to be successful, and we're here to help whenever concerns arise.

We appreciate you giving us a try and value your feedback as we continue to improve.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We advertise our discus as ~2” because they typically range between about 1.5”–2” depending on the individual fish. We’re sorry the sizing wasn’t quite what you expected, but we’re glad at least one arrived right at the 2” mark. We do our best to provide healthy, well-started juveniles at a great value, and we truly appreciate you giving us a try!
