Friendly, fair, and fast! I purchased a Deezy dry herb vaporizer. It arrived and out of the box it turned out to be defective. I emailed support and a Kind person, Brianna, helped me. She told me it sometimes happens and said a replacement was being sent. The replacement works perfectly! Awesome Customer service! Thank you Brianna and thank you Kind Man!

The Kind Pen is great! I've bought 2 Deezys, 2 Breezys, and a Mist 2.0. We had trouble with one of the Breezys that I bought for my husband, and The Kind Pen replaced it at no extra cost. I'm a fairly light user - 3 to 4 times a week - but I've had my Deezys for about 6 years now and they're still working great. I definitely recommend The Kind Pen.

The Kind Pen is a 10 out of 10 would recommend. We bought a dry herb pen (The Deezy) and this thing is absolutely amazing. Great products, great prices, great customer service, and speedy shipping. Could not ask for anything more.

Very pleased with how I was treated from The Kind Pen customer service. I own the Herb Flow vaporizer I purchase about a year ago but it had an issue with extremely overheating. I reached out and they honored their no questions asked warranty policy and sent me a new one. It also worked for maybe a week then it started to overheat to the point you have to put it down so it doesn't burn my hand. This time I didn't reach out to customer service because I feel like it's a design flaw. I disassembled the first one that broke and realized that there is a small tube that gets clogged with resin that you can't get to so it can get cleaned out because it's inside on the housing of the vape. I still give a 5 star review because of how responsive customer service was at helping me with the first Herb Flo failure. I didn't want to bother you guys again for another warranty claim because I feel like another new Herb Flow won't fix the issue because of the design flaw. I am attaching a photo I took with the tip of my screwdriver pointing at the dirty tube that clogs with resin right down at the bottom where the tube connects closet to the oven section. When this clogs , it causes the vape to become tighter to pull on and it also is the reason for the extreme overheating that the Herb Flow is notorious for. So here is my input in hopes that one day if you guys continue with Herb Flow then maybe you can look into having this area fixed. Hope you all at TheKindPen have a wonderful week.

I deal with chronic pain and recently& bought a Breezy vape pen for smoking CBD cartridges. It has been a very reliable vape for that purpose.
It takes about a week to need a recharge, & recharges in about 1 hour. Other vape pens I have bought generally need charging more often & take longer to charge. If you are looking for a reliable vape this is the one to buy! It even fits in the tablet/phone groove at the top of my keyboard!

I have several devices. All with a specific use for me. I have had a couple of issues and the customer service was awesome. I will continue to use this company.

I have several Kind vaporizers, for 0,5 to 2.5g cartridges. All have worked great, except for one with charging issues. I reported the issue online and the vaporizer was immediately replaced, no questions asked.

First of all let me say I love ❤️ my deezy lasted for over a year with heavy use until it got dropped while hot big bummer anyway thank you for honoring your lifetime warranty. You guys have a great team and wonderful product. Don't change a thing. The Kind Pen is my #1 for vaporizers

I The kind pen is the best battery for the vape cart that I have seen. I wouldn’t heat up the oil, I would just press the button five times and then press the button and hold it in during every hit that you take. Heating up the oil? I think you go through it faster and I just don’t think it’s needed. Then the battery lasts a lot longer and so does the oil

I bought 3 of the micro-usb variable voltage vape pens, all same model, just diff colors. They do NOT come with any chargers. My microusb charger fits in ONE of the vape pens, but not the other two. How is that even possible? Also, can't tell for sure when pen is charged. Their website is ridiculously slow and frustrating. I do NOT recommend.
