I highly recommend The Kind Pen to anyone that wants reliable and quality products. I've used the Slim Oil Premium for years and am very satisfied with the battery life. I do wish they would restock the 1ml cartridges for it again though.

Quality products, lifetime warranty and great customer service. Glass products are thick and sturdy.

For the near 5 years I’ve been buying from kindpen, they’ve become my one and only source for anything vape related. I must’ve bought near a dozen products from them by now (with more on my wishlist) and the one time I received something faulty, they sent out a replacement as soon as I contacted customer support. The fact they give you a lifetime warranty on all their products is just the candle atop the cake when I can go out and live life with my vapes and not worry about having to pay full price to get it back if there’s an unfortunate mishap while hiking or kayaking

I was sent the incorrect color. I emailed the company regarding the issue as well as use the WhatsApp number and receive no response. After leaving a negative review I received the most unprofessional, nasty, almost adolescent response from the owner. Instead of apologizing for their error they expressed their dislike in me doing a chargeback with my financial institution, only after receiving no response from them and offered no resolution. I am extremely disappointed with this company seeing how I have purchased from them previously due to being recommended but it was a huge mistake. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. The owner immediately took an FU you attitude towards me and no accountability for their error. Not only was the color they sent incorrect but the actual product is faulty. I may have just kept it but as soon as it was opened it broke, It is also scratched, the protective coating over the metal is peeling off as if it has been used. I believe they alter their site and product reviews. My negative review is not posted And the owner has blocked me from responding to them because they “don’t want to waste their Saturday”. The chargeback was the right decision because it yielded me a quick, Pleasant and hassle free result. Your customer service and the product you sent me is trash.

Update: See unprofessional and nasty response from owner below. Nothing but excuses, sarcasm, pointing the blame at the customer and no resolution. This experience has been very disappointing. I have found a company offering the same products so I’ve been able to order the correct color. Crossing my fingers for a better experience.

I ordered two vapes: black/gold and white/gold.
I received neither of them.
Instead I received black/neon green and white/red.

When I wrote to the company, I was told the site states there are “color variations” and they no longer sell the “gold button vapes”.
3 questions:
1. If customers can choose a specific color, but will receive a different one, what’s the point of choosing?
2. Shouldn’t customers be told they will receive a different color if something is no longer available?
3. And if something is discontinued, why is it still for sale on the site as of today?? (1/09/2025 @ 5:54pm)

AND they’re making me pay the shipping for returning it to them for their mistake.

I am definitely getting a refund.

Just received my new Bullet 2.0 and already like it better than the original. My very first vape pen was an orange Bullet from Kind Pen and it was my introduction to vaping concentrates so it's cool to see it continuing to innovate after all this time. I got the bubbler\water pipe adapter combo and couldn't be happier. It hits like a champ and the water filtration gives nice cool rips so you don't blow your chest out afterwards. I'd certainly recommend anybody considering it to give it a try. It's a great little portable hitter and you get the Kind Pen lifetime warranty so there's really nothing to lose. Try it out, you'll like it.

I love my Jiggy, I got it cause it does both dabs and carts. I love that they have a lifetime warranty. If you’re looking for a great device, I recommend buying from The Kind Pen.

I don’t buy weed gear anywhere but on this site. They have the highest quality products and the most innovative devices. They are constantly running specials so you can save even more on their already low prices. I love the lifetime warranty and only had to use it once because my dog ate my vape. I’ve got batteries I purchased here several years ago that are still running strong. Buy here. You won’t regret it.

Many super nice vapes and glass of all shapes and sizes. Very reasonable prices and all come with a lifetime warranty. The customer service is great and willing to help with any issues you might have. They are my go-to for vapes and have been for several years.

I honestly have had nothing but good experiences with The Kind Pen. Their products are top-notch, which is why I’ve purchased many various pens and vapes from them. The only thing I’d say about improvement really isn’t the fault of TKP, but shipping tends to take forever. Like nearly two weeks from placing the order to receiving the product. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the quality of their products. I’ve learned they are the best at this.

A wide range of products at a very competitive price! Warranty replacements aren't free but no one else I have come across offers lifetime warrantied anyway. Kind and informative staff and super high quality Glass as well, not just the vapes

Good products, ok prices. Killer is the guarantee, yes it's lifetime with shipping. So you're going to pay about $7-10 easy for shipping. Worth it? Depends on what you buy but everything wears out eventually and they guarantee it.

I have purchased several different types of smoking devices from Kind Pen, and never had a problem with anything I have bought. I have purchased 2 bongs, one vape pen, a few lighter pipes and a few dry vaporizers. All still work great! They always came quickly, and I love them! I have purchased from Canna Dude, and love the products, but I can not seem to purchase from them any more. It looks like they only sell in CA any more, and you have to go to a store to make the purchase. So sad!!!

I enjoy really good sativa flower top, and I own a number of vaporizers. I have all three of these best selling vaporizers. I started with Deezy, which works great, it is not extremely expensive and delivers a Big Hit. I used it for a long time, until I dropped it and broke the glass pipe shaft.

After, that experience I purchased my first of two TRU VA Minis 2.0, nothing to break and a great device to keep in your pocket. It keeps a charge for a long time and holds plenty of Fuel. Great for a quick toke anywhere and anytime.

I purchased my first of two OG Jams which, is perfect for your desktop. It is always ready with its charging base and delivers big hits. I like the digital readout, so I am certain to only hit when it is up to temp.

I do not believe you can go wrong with any of these products. It's the real deal, so pick one up and keep it close you will be smiling ear to ear in no time.

This company makes or sells some of the best products in the marketplace. I don’t even bother wasting my time and money buying from other websites because this one truly has the best products out there at a reasonable price. They will often mail out percentages off such as 25% or maybe even 40% off of their products. You just can’t beat that price with an awesome product. You just can’t.
Also, they give a lifetime guarantee on all of their products. I don’t think anybody else in this business does that. Some companies don’t even give you a guarantee at all. You have to pay for shipping, but they will either fix or replace your product. You just can’t beat that anywhere in this business.
And their newsletters are the best. I mean absolutely the best because they’re funny and often times have some great stories in them. So be sure to sign up for their newsletters.
