The Kind Pen Reviews 

I've been reading the reviews, and I just have to wonder if these people are ordering from the same place I have been! The Kind Pen is the ONLY place I'll buy my vapes from! I've gotten the Covert, Covert 2.0, Slim Oil Wax Pen, Jiggy, Weezy, OG Jams, several of the EZ Pipes, and, my latest, the Glass Steam Roller. I'm planning on getting some more glass pieces, as well as whatever new pieces they come out with! Their products, lifetime warranties, and customer service have been TOP quality and very responsive! I've been a customer for over 3 years, and have never had a problem returning a device with their lifetime warranty! I've only had to return 2 devices out of all the devices I've purchased from them, because of the fine quality. One of the returns was from me breaking it, (which they still cover) and one device was defective. I wrote one email, and received a prompt reply. Of course they like you to send them a video of what's happening with it! Number one, they need to see what's going wrong, and number two, can you imagine how many people might try to rip them off? They don't usually require you to return the device, so any jerk could say their device was broken, get a new one, and give it to a friend, or something! And, of course they have you pay for the shipping of the new device! Have you seen the prices of shipping? They are a small company, not a rich corporation! I can't believe some of the ridiculous complaining about some of this stuff! I absolutely LOVE this company, and the people who work for them! Furthermore, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

These folks offer a great assortment of quality products and back it up with top notch customer service!

I currently am pleased to own the OG, and the Mist vapes.....my dizzy just fell in a cup of juice and couldn't recover 😔 however,I would like to commend the people at Kind for their awesome products and killer THC selection too! Great products, kinda difficult navigating their warranty and verification site.....I log in and find all my devices aren't listed anymore and it's just kinda hectic, but otherwise Kind is definitely recommended

I have used the mist version and it was easy to use like the size and the different settings I got the 2.0 version just doesn’t work as well seems to not give you anything on your first draw and you have to wait Other then that I have enjoyed using also like the key fob version

In my experience, Kind Pen products are terrific! The ordering process is very easy, and if you ever need customer service they are very responsive and very helpful. You are doing yourself a disservice if you ignore this website - bravo to The Kind Pen!

OG Jams and my breezy have been very reliable. So far I haven't encountered any issues, I've recommended Kind pen to everyone so far.

Im an old guy, new to the vape world. The products were easy to use and fit inconspiculously in any pocket. And the free replacement guarantee is great. The never asked questions and replaced my lost mist immediately. The Kind Pen is absolutely my go to.

I’ve always enjoyed Kind Pen products but their customer service is where they really shine. I’ve put more of their products through the washing machine than I’d care to count and every time they replace it, no questions asked. I’ve started buying them for all my friends because I feel bad getting so many replacements for free…
By now I’ve tried quite a few of their vaporizers and they’ve all be stellar!

I've bought so many kind pen products! I'm still slowly adding to my collection, there prices are fair, shipping is quite fast, even expedited, and any technical issues I have had from any product, has turned out to be user error and with some adjustments and less tightly threaded pieces everything works fantastic. I highly recommend the gagz or jamz, both pack-a-punch.

I bought the Jiggy and that was pretty good and worked well.

I also bought the covert version 1 and it stop working after two weeks I then submitted a claim for warranty and they sent another one but that stop working a day after receiving it.

To date, I have purchased 5 items from The Kind Pen. We love The Breezy and actually bought 4 and still own 3. Not paying attention to their lifetime warranty or registering my devices were the only mistake I've made so far! I just filed my first claim for one of my Breezy's. Here's hoping the warranty process is just as easy. The only complaint I've had is usually the shipping eta has changed at least once, with every purchase. It's only a problem when you're too excited to wait.

I absolutely love my OG JAMS flower vaporizer. I first bought the Deezy but eventually upgraded to the OG JAMS. I absolutely love everything Kind Pen. I have never had any issues or questions that they didn't help with. Customer service is great as well.

Over the years I've purchased The Mist and The Kind Key vape pens. Once, one had a leak. I still used it for months, then opted to use the warranty to get a replacement. Sure, you spend like $10 for a replacement. I think they are great. Minus one leaky pen? The product quality was great and the customer service was always fast and friendly. I've been a customer for years and people still compliment my pens years later. I really dig that they are low profile and easy to stash in my purse without overheating. I recommend The Kind Pen company to anyone that asks me. Totally worth it. I'm grateful for the experience and the products I've purchased.

I posted a question and got a thanks for your question but no answer.
Sent a message to support and got two replies from Brianna C asking questions that I replied to. No more replies or support or help.
Sent a URGENT message Friday like it said to do and got a thanks for your message we’ll get back to you. Nobody has replied.

Is kind that busy they can’t reply or help?

It's a shame I can't give it zero stars because I would. This company sucks that's all I can say about it. Their devices are cheap and flimsy and tear up within a couple of the company stand behind their awesome lifetime warranty because they charge you $30 shipping every time you get a new device replaced. I bought my first device 3 years ago and I have had it replaced five times now that's ridiculous. The last device I got replaced was defective when I got it and they refused to replace it. It completely gave out within 3 months after I got it and I said that's it I will never have another one this company sucks and they can bite my butt.

I bought the lobi device for my wax and the temperature settings are a joke. The temperature range is melt wax, or burn your hand, and I left a review on the website but it was removed. I can't return it because I used the device, buyer beware!

Was contacted after complaining on Instagram, they stopped responding after the replacement lobi device was sent out.

As of April 25th 2024 the company is requesting a video of me loading the atomizer, in other words I'm not intelligent enough to load a vape device. #BuyerBeware

I bought a Covert vaporizer and it leaked. They honored their warranty and sent me another one but it leaked too. They sent yet another one but made me pay for the shipping this time and it also leaks. They refused to exchange it with a different model and say they will charge me for the replacement shipping if I get another one. That would be number 4.

They implied that i'm doing something wrong and it's not their product that's the problem. Because they haven't gotten reports of the same problem they implied that I must be lying! I have told them that If they issue me a return label, I'll happily send them all back but they won't do that. This wasn't an El cheapo vaporizer and I ordered from them specifically because they had a warranty. Avoid this company like the plague.

UPDATE: The battery has never been an issue. Multiple cartridges have leaked in three different units. They leak in my pockets and on the table. When you pick one up, they get you all sticky! Why the vent hole is directly under the cartridge, I have an a clue but it's a recipe for leaking. I haven't over tightened or under tightened the cartrididges. For $35, you should get a unit that works and doesn't have a designed defect.
UPDATE 02-01-2024: The company refuses to honor the warranty nor give me a refund. Even though I tried four new cartridges made by three different makers in the three separate units that they sent me, they all leaked out the hole in the bottom. The hole is directly under the cartridge and when the oil gets hot, it sputters and bubbles through the little hole. But Kind Pen claims that all of the cartridges must have bad and there's nothing wrong with their product. Buyer, beware. Their so-called warranty is a joke.

The slim Kind Pen is a ONLY a functional stylus. However, the product specifically offered by the company "The Kind Pen" (as opposed to the actual manufacturer that appears to be a brilliant... manufacturer) is a total disaster. Also, their customer service is non-responsive and rude... You will likely have to seek refunds using your bank. Do not purchase this device, and be wary about everything else that this company has to offer.

There are multiple issues:
- the pen leaks from the first use
- it is impossible to use the slim Kind Pen (dead on arrival)
- the battery lasts only a few minutes
- consumer privacy (privacy violation, product names and trackable information publicly displayed on USPS tracking label)

Their customer service and shipping is terrible. Products are alright I'll be honest but don't order from th site.
