The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

The teas are super tasty and definitely give me a gentle pick me up to get through my day. I recently had a missing packet from my most recent order and customer service got back to me in less than 10 minutes and had an order for my missing packet along with several other free flavors submitted for me. Excellent customer service!

Ordering is super easy. The product is delivered in a timely fashion. The teas are amazing. I had a minor issue with one of my orders and the team went above and beyond to rectify the matter.

This product is delicious and works great to keep you going all day. I have so much more energy. Beyond that, the customer service is above and beyond. I had emailed them and got an immediate answer after 9 p.m. at night and they were some helpful and thankful to have me as a customer. You can beat that!!!

Very communicative, resolves questions quick!! Customer service is exceptional… loaded tea is so good

I am so delighted with the flavors of The Loaded Tea Shop that this last order was my sixth one in less than two months! I just had to try the new flavors that you introduced, especially the Caffeine Free ones! Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup on this last order and I received 3 Sassy Silly instead of the 3 Caffeine Free Chillin’ Cherry that I ordered.
Lauren, at Loaded Tea, responded to my photos of my order and emailed me right back that she wanted me to keep the Sassy Silly packets, replaced my missing 3 Chillin’ Cherry Caffeine Free ones, and generously gifted me with two more to show their regret for the mixup.
This is a marvelous company with high integrity and great customer service support!
I trust The Loaded Tea Shop to take care of their product enthusiasts and thank them for responding to my issue immediately.
My Best, Margery Ura

I love this company. First of all the tea is simply delicious! I love that I can control the strength of the flavor. Then the cost of the tea is very affordable. Last but not least the customer service is excellent! I sent a message and with in a few minutes I received a response! I chatted with Brittany. She was so helpful and very polite. So, I definitely recommend this product!

I am so impressed with The Loaded Tea Shop. I happened upon this company completely by accident and have fallen in love with their product, so much so that I've completely given up Diet Coke and drink only their loaded teas. It's not only made my sleep better, but I do not have that caffeine drop mid-day. When I had an issue with a package I ordered (some of the tea powders opened up and got over the entire package), the company replied to me within an hour (not a bot) to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I am so happy there is a company out there that still cares about their customers and making sure we all have a good experience. Thank you, Loaded Tea Shop!

While part of my order was incorrect (we all make mistakes), Customer Service was Johnny on the Spot in rectifying my order and shipping out what was missing. This company stands behind their product which leaves me very impressed and a company I would order from again. And you can't beat the great tasting teas they sell. Amazing!

The teas are bold and full of flavor. They easily can make 64 oz, though I use a 40 oz bottle. They taste amazing. To be honest, they are more like refreshers, not iced tea. Don't let this keep you from ordering. Well worth every penny. Customer service is top notch as well.

My order was missing one of the flavors and they sent me a new batch out for free customer service was so nice and had a fast response to my questions and my husband and I have loved the flavors we have tried he's very picky so that makes these a hit especially if it helps him stop drinking so much soda

So glad I found this Loaded Tea! I have replaced my daily consumption of another energy drink for this healthier choice. It gives me all the benefits I’m looking for. Ships promptly, packaging is great AND cute and really can’t beat the price for the amount you get. Their customer service is absolute perfection. I have reached out to them several times with questions and they have answered almost immediately and they are very knowledgeable about their product. Lastly I can’t say enough about the flavors! They all knock it out of the park. Loooove my teas! Thank you Loaded Tea Shop!

The product is always amazing and shipped fast. I did have an issue with one of my orders and they answered immediately and took care of it. Customer service is amazing. They have my loyalty!

This is my second time ordering and I had a question and I received a reply very quick and my issue was more than resolved. It is also great that they can ship to Canada with a very reasonable cost. One package covers about 80 oz so it is very cost efficient along with all the coupon codes they have and you can stack. Will be ordering again and again.

I had trouble with shipping and my order didn’t arrive. The loaded tea promptly got another shipment sent out so I could get my order. Very nice folks.

I have been ordering for about 2 months now, made numerous orders as we LOVE TLTS! I got in my order yesterday and it had a few "busted" packets, I emailed customer support. They were the nicest ever! They are not only replacing the "damaged" products but also throwing in some complimentary packets. I 100% love and support TLTS!

I always struggled to stay hydrated with plain water but now water flavored with the loaded tea shops vast array of flavors is my one and only beverage. I have too many favorite flavors to list. The company is always adding new flavors, customer service is exceptional, shipping is always fast. No calories, no sugar, no funky chemical aftertaste and affordable, only goodness. What more could you ask for?

Received my order to loaded tea shop and was missing several things. Customer service was extremely quick in responding to me. They immediately sent out my missing packets. 10/10 customer service makes a difference!

The loaded tea shop stands behind their products 100%! My first order was great it made me want to order again and some packets came not in the best shape and customer service was quick in responding and had new packets to me right away! I will be ordering in the future for sure!

I absolutely love the loaded tea shop products and their customer service is outstanding.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Every time I reach out to customer service, they go above and beyond to answer my questions, resolve any issues, and help make changes to my orders. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. They make you feel valued and appreciated, and that’s something you don’t see every day. I’m so happy to support a business that truly puts its customers first. They deserve all the success in the world, and I will continue supporting them! ❤️
