The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

One of my packets busted during shopping. The company replaced it immediately and blessed me with some additional teas for free.

These are the absolute best! I’ve been drinking them for several months now andhave introduced several of my friends and coworkers to them and everyone loves them! I especially like the new flavors with collagen! Fast shipping and fantastic customer service from this company!

I ordered loaded tea shop for the first time and USPS delivered to the wrong address so I never recieved my order. I emailed the loaded tea shop customer service soon after and received a response a couple hours later. They have already sent a replacement and were more than willing to take care of this issue for me right away. This has to be one of the best experiences through customer service. Thank you for your quick response. I will definitely be buying from them again!

The company has amazing customer service. Very prompt in responding and wanted to make sure I was happy. I'm so excited to try loaded tea, and totally stoked to try the collagen flavor.

I tried the caffeine drink. The flavor was better than expected. I have tired alot of flavored drink mixes, this product is far better than any of those that I tried. I reached out to customer sevice, and received a reply right away. I don't drink alot of caffeine drinks, so I wanted to return the caffeine drink mix and get the no caffeine mixes. They went above in giving me great customer service. I know I will be a loyal customer.

This company has great customer service and i love all of the flavors that I have tried so far. I have tripled my water intake because these teas are amazing!

I ordered from the loaded tea company as I’ve heard a lot of good things about these sachets.

Clean jitter free caffeine from green tea, loaded with vitamins & aloe. No artificial colours, flavours as well as being zero sugar, zero calories and keto friendly!

As a busy mom and actor I’m always on the go and with managing chronic illness too I NEED the hydration and the energy.

I did have a problem with my shipping but I reached out to team and they were on it straight away with rectifying the situation. Now my order is back on track and I can’t wait to get my hands on my loaded teas!

I can’t shout out enough about the customer service from Madison. Not only did she ship my items free of charge but she also added some free teas to my order and a discount code for my next purchase.

What more could you want?!

Other than making these teas available in the UK! We have Costco here too you know… 👀 I’m just sayin’! 😂

Thanks again TLTS!

My experience with Customer Service not like most other places. It was almost like emailing back and forth with someone I know. -J. Bond, Northern california.

I love these teas I order both Caffeine free and regular ones the Cotton Candy ones are delicious all though I have tried several other flavors and they are all very good as well. This past shipment I had a slight shipping mishap and I emailed them and within no time at all Lauren reached out and fixed the issue and even sent me 2 free teas! I will always continue to support this business they are top notch! Thank you all so much for creating such wonderful teas!!!! Sincerely a forever customer Stacey Cooler from South Alabama!

I received an order but it wasn't complete. I reached out to the team and explained the situation. They were so fast and prompt on their response! Not only was my order being corrected, but they were so awesome. This is a great company and I will continue to order from them often. ☺️

The loaded tea shop is amazing! I absolutely love every one I have tried. They give me a great burst of energy without any jitters. I used to drink anywhere from 6-8 sodas a day but have not had any soda since I’ve been drinking the teas(about a month now). Not only is their product amazing and a very reasonable price but their customer service goes above and beyond and is unlike any other company I’ve ever purchased from. Once you make your first purchase be advised that it may turn into a new but very healthy addiction 😊😂. They have a very happy loyal customer in me for life!

I was skeptical about trying something like loaded tea. I have tried energy drinks in the past, only to suffer from UTIs or other problems. I also had a huge coffee addiction. However, I would wake up feeling run down and low on energy, and I was usually a bear without my morning coffee. So on a whim, I decided to try the loaded teas I had been seeing so many people talk about. I started with the Rocket pop with the collagen and protein. One sip and I was hooked; the best part is they make 32 ounces, depending on how strong you like your flavor. I make mine in a quart mason jar and put half of the jar in my big cup over ice and top it off with water, still big flavor with every sip. Now it is my go-to instead of coffee. Clean energy, no crash, and no UTI. I have been drinking them since August, and the flavors have me hooked.

I had a patchy time for a few weeks with messed up orders, items missing, items came broken….but they listened and made big improvements. My last few orders arrived perfectly!!! I’m looking forward to the original flavors coming back so I can place more orders and know I will love everyone….although my bank at is not as happy 😂🥰

Customer service is amazing! I had a problem and they solved it and then some! The drink mixes of theirs that I've tried are so good too!!

Every single tea tastes amazing! Customer Service is quick and amazing! Worth every penny!
