The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

Loaded Tea is awesome and it has really increased my water intake. I have introduced them to my friends and family and they love them as well.
I had had an issue with an order and I can't tell you how helpful the customer service was. I will for sure be a lift long customer.

I was skeptical at first but decided to give them a try! They are so good! I do the caffeine free but yum!! I use one full packet in 32 ounces of water, with ice. I love the full flavor! I suggest ordering one each of the flavors that sounds appealing to you and use the little chart that comes with your order to record the ones you receive and whether or not you like them. This will make it simpler to do future orders and yes, there will be lots of future orders! My faves are Pumba and Frog Spit. The customer service is exceptional!

Excellent customer service. Amazing product. I’m in love already and I’ve only tried one flavor. I’m using a glp1 and have had such a hard time finding something to drink other than plain water. I’m thrilled to have something with flavor that is also good for me! Will be ordering again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Loaded Tea Shop! From the very beginning, their customer service has been absolutely exceptional. Their team is incredibly kind, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer.

As a busy hockey mom of three, psychology student, and personal trainer, my days are constantly on the go, so I was really excited to discover The Loaded Tea Shop. I absolutely love the concept behind their teas and cannot wait to work my way through all the different flavors!

What has impressed me most is the people behind the company. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in creating a positive experience. That kind of service is becoming harder to find, and it makes supporting a business like this incredibly easy.

I’m so happy I discovered The Loaded Tea Shop and will absolutely be a returning customer. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I’m already looking forward to my next order! 💕

Highly, highly recommend!

The loaded tea shop has great flavors and many of them, vegan! I look forward to my tea treat every day! And not only that, but they have top-notch, excellent customer care! That means a lot and it makes me feel good about supporting this business even more. Thank you!

I have ordered multiple times from them and everything I have tried has tasted amazing. Today I received my order and I was short 2 teas. I reached out to their wonderful customer service by email and they responded within 20 minutes. They went above and beyond to fix the 2 missing teas! Thank you the Loaded Tea Shop!! You have a forever customer!

Im a 4x Cancer Survivor & now on Tirzepatide....plus a 43yr old mom of a 5yr old boy. I have had some major vitamin difficulties & been struggling to keep up with all the pills and multiple drinks and staying hydrated. So I decided to give these a try and i noticed a difference right away. Ive been able to cut my vitamins in half and definitely solving my hydration issues!
And I love the sweet. Sooo many energy drinks are sour and I am NOT a fan....my Acid Reflux isn't either! Lol So im glad yall have so many sweet options or recipes to make sweet.
I have done multiple orders now and drink it everyday. Ive only had an issue 1 time and after 1 email to customer service...they responded in less than 12hrs! They were wonderful about it & solved it immediately!
I am definitely a dedicated customer!

Amazing customer service on my very first order!

One of the Miami Vice packets in my first order arrived with an open seam, spilling powder inside the packaging. I contacted The Loaded Tea Shop’s support team, and they responded so quickly! They offered to send a replacement plus four additional flavors at no charge. That was such a thoughtful surprise and more than I expected.

The little bit of Miami Vice I was able to try tasted delicious—even my daughter loved it! I’m still waiting for the replacement package, but I’m already impressed with how kindly and efficiently they handled the issue. Thank you for making a first-time customer feel valued!

I had reached out to the TEA shop to let them know I received different flavors than what I ordered. Not all, just a few.
I was emailed back very quickly with a response. The email was so nice! She is sending me the flavors I didn’t get plus a couple more.
I love this tea!! Im so happy I let them know of the mix up. They really are a great communicating and responding quickly.

Was very skeptical of spend money on this and not enjoying it. Well, I should not have waited so long! Very flavorful and delicious. I even had a mistake and was corrected by the company within minutes!!

Love this company. My husband and I have been drinking them for about 3 months now. We've slowed down on pop and he stopped drinking energy drinks. He loves the teas a lot and so do I. We can say that it is a pleasure to buy from them even when things went wrong in the shipping process they were quick to fix it. Will definitely be ordering more

This loaded tea tastes absolutely delicious! I love all the added benefits of this tea! I get the energy I need without the jitters or end of the day crash. Excellent product and excellent customer service, which is rare these days. I really appreciate when a company makes their customers feel valued! I will make sure I never run out of these teas! Seriously, they taste so good; it feels like I am cheating on my diet…LOVE them! I look forward to drinking more water now.

What a wonderful company! I love the product and share with my girls at the office! One pack goes a long way!! Who wouldn’t want to try ‘frog spit’ !!

I was scrolling Instagram and came across The Loaded Tea Shop decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did!!! These teas are delicious and do really help me get my daily water intake, I skip the coffee now and get my caffeine boost from my loaded tea. I have my favorites for sure and order them religiously but I have to tell you what happened in my last order. I ordered 10 packets all together, 4 of those were the Fruit Roll up flavor ( my fave)! When I received my order everything was great but I noticed my fruit roll up packets hardly had any powder mix in them, I e-mailed the company and they immediately ( literally minutes) sent me an e-mail back apologizing along with replacing my original 4 packets plus 2 free ones for my inconvenience!!! I LOVE THE LOADED TEA SHOP!!!

Phenomenal customer service. I have ordered many times from them (25+) have had a problem with a few orders damaged in shipping. Contacted them, they sent out replacements along with other products for the inconveniencefor the damaged shipment. LOVE the product, But the customer assistance is what makes them stand out

I have put in 2 orders now with The Loaded Tea Shop and on my second order one of my packets came completely empty. So I sent an email and when I checked this morning they had responded are sending me a new packet of the one that came empty and 4 more on them! All within 24hrs! Very impressed I will be ordering again! And the teas are so delicious!

I love the flavors and how many options there are! The real draw for me is the no sugar, protein and energy. These Loaded Teas really help me get through my day of fasting with the protein and energy combo. My son is a high school athlete and he loves them, so much I have to hide them from him. Wonderful company and product!

This is my first time receiving an order, and when I received the order, three of the packets were open. I contacted customer service and they were right on top of it. Definitely fixed it and made it right. The taste of the cotton candy is out of this world. Can’t wait to try the other ones.

There was a mix up at the end of my order and they took care of it before it even shipped. SUPER helpful. I appreciate that more than you know! Others should follow their lead.

The Loaded tea shop has changed my life! Thanks to them i have been abel to start losing weight again, I got off sugars, I went from 6-8 cups of coffee a day to 1 or none, and I've got more energy than I know what to do with. I love them so much i became an ambassador for them, and being on disability and unable to work this is an amazing opportunity to work around my crazy schedule and still be able to bring in some money. Their customer service is top notch, 5 star, best I've ever dealt with. Anytime I've had a question, concern, or problem its been handled immediately and appropriately. They are more than generous and genuinely care about their customers and ambassadors. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. 💯🫶
