The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

Great customer service experience. Everyone was super helpful and had my issue resolved quickly.

Not only do I love the products, the customer service is beyond amazing. I made an error when ordering, and not only did they allow me to keep the product I received in error, they sent me free replacement product along with a couple free teas! Their correspondence is always very timely and helpful. I encourage you all to support this small business!

The Loaded Tea Shop has had some of the best customer service! My orders come to me usually in about a week once its confirmed. I love having these to drink. Finding drinks that are diabetic friendly has been hard but these are amazing 👏 I enjoy caffeine in the morning and caffeine free by the afternoon. I love this prices!! Money is tight so discounts and a good price are important!!! Another great thing about these teas, from one packet I can make 5-7 drinks. I start with a weaker drink then add tea until its just right :) it can be made in a pitcher or by the bottle or in your cup :) so many great things!!

I received the best customer service from The Loaded Tea Company. Not only are their teas full of health benefits, but are also so delicious!!

Every order is received quickly. The customer service team is on top of everything if you ever have a question or concern. The teas are phenomenal and I love every single flavor!!!!

I love this company! The teas are amazing! I drink them everyday and feel the best I've felt in years! The company and the customer service is elite and quite literally the best I've ever encountered! They listen they care and they want to provide their customers with the absolute best in every aspect!! I cant say enough about how amazing this company is!!

I love all of the Loaded Teas I've had so far! Cotton Candy, Frog Spit, Rocket Pop and Bahama Mama. I use a 1/2 pack per 32oz. and it's perfect for me! I had a little hiccups with my delivery and wrote to them about it. They responded immediately and were so great. I will definitely be ordering more! I've got all my friends tasting them too!

Love the teas and sometimes they don't make it to customers 100 percent in tacked and thankfully customer service is great. Makes you wanna keep ordering

This is the first company in a long time that customer service actually takes care of the customer and their needs whether it’s a mistake that happened product issues. They are on top of it and wanna make it right which says a lot for a small business. I will keep highly recommend recommending the loaded tea shop to my friends and family and Clients of mine. Thank you again for making dealing with the issues a great experience and being on top of getting back to me right away, which is another key factor is they will get back to you quickly. They say 24 hours but it is before that which I like as well. Thank you again for taking care of my matter.

The customer service was so responsive to a little hiccup I had with my order. They went above and beyond my expectation and resolved my issue very very quickly.

I accidentally checked out before applying a coupon code. I emailed The Loaded Tea Company and in less than 24 hours it was resolved and a refund had been issued to my payment method! The teas are not only amazing…so is their customer service!

I recently discovered The Loaded Tea Shop and have completely fallen in love with their teas. They’ve made it so much easier for me to stay hydrated throughout the day while also helping curb my sweet cravings. I used to rely on energy drinks and soda, but I’ve stopped both because I enjoy these teas so much. I do have to cut off the caffeinated ones by 3 or 4 p.m. so I can sleep well, but I just received some caffeine-free options that are perfect for evenings.
When I contacted customer service about a shipping issue, they responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. I’m truly impressed by this company and have started recommending it to everyone I know!

TLTS is amazing. Fantastic support! Thank you for helping me through my issue and supporting me so well.

The flavor, the price and the benefits are amazing!!! You can make 3-4 drinks per packet depending on how strong you like it. Such an amazing variety of flavors to choose from. Some flavors take you back to childhood. There is one I think called Happy Sunshine that tastes like Tang. I enjoy so many of their flavors and will be a lifer with Loaded Tea for as long as they are in business. Don't hesitate! Put in your order today!

These teas are all absolutely fantastic and customer service is TOP tier!!! Out of all my orders I've put in, I have only had one tiny problem and they responded to my email within the hour! And went above and beyond to make me happy. Highly recommend!!

My family has been using The Loaded Tea Shop for several months now and are completely addicted to these awesome flavors!! I ordered them for the energy, vitamins and clean caffeine but the flavors are amazing!!
The most recent shipment had a couple sleeves tear open in shipping and when I emailed them to let them know, it didn’t take an hour for them to make it right plus some! Their customer service is as top notch as the product!!

Whenever we have any issues with our order, we reach out and the customer service is phenomenal. They never fail to make our issue right, so that is why we continue to buy time after time. Not to mention they are delicious

Amazing Teas AND Amazing Customer Service!

My whole family loves The Loaded Tea Shop! We drink their teas every day and have found so many flavors we love. We genuinely look forward to every order, and our teas arrive so quickly!.

I was especially impressed with their customer service recently when I received a few of the wrong teas in my order. I reached out, and within minutes they responded, corrected the order, and had the right teas on the way. They were so friendly and easy to work with that what could have been a frustrating experience wasn’t frustrating at all.

It’s clear that this company really cares about its customers. Between the great flavors, quick shipping, and wonderful customer service, they’ve definitely earned our loyalty. We’ll be ordering for a long time!

Excellent customer service! Requested a change to my order within a hour of placing it and before shipping. Unfortunately, it was shipped before it could be intercepted and changed. To my surprise, received an apology from the customer care team (Ashley)and five free teas as compensation in a separate mailing. Can’t go wrong purchasing from this stellar business that provides great tasting teas and values their customers ensuring complete satisfaction!
