I'm always skeptical about buying items that are advertised online. Let me tell you, this was the one of the best decisions I have made. The teas are so delicious and doesn't leave you feeling blah at the end of the day.

Love the products. My favorite loaded tea flavor is Cotton candy right now, but there are so many other good flavors. The customer service is amazing as well.

My experience with Ashley, from The Loaded Tea shop, I wish I could fund the right words to describe the incredible customer service i have received, the patience and kindness is over the top. Im just waiting for my product and will update.

Customer service is top notch and the product is amazing! I have enjoyed them so much. It makes me want to drink more. I thought I was drinking enough water but now I know I am and it tastes great!!

I just wanted to say hello. A couple weeks back i had an issue regarding a misplaced order and getting it csncled wss a hassle...I had a young lady name Melinda reach out to me through social media and was an absolute Gem of a human being she helped me get everything squared away and was excellent in ensuring mistakes didnt lose you guys a future customer i just wanted to return and say it wasnt all for not just placed my order and have been very satisfied in what ive tried and am a firm believer in your product and flavors and customer service just placed my first offical order of what I believe will be many more , thank you....Frog spit and love potion have been my favorite so far with special shout out it rocket pop and fruit ribbon

I contacted the customer service team regarding an issue with my order, and they responded within minutes of my email and made my order right, AND gave me 2 bonus tea packages! They definitely went above and beyond. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Great product AND great customer service!

The customer service team is awesome. I emailed them about an issue with my order on Sunday afternoon and they responded within an hour. The post office had lost my package and I was trying to track it down. Without even asking, they replaced my lost order even though it was the post office’s fault. It is rare to receive customer service above and beyond expectations these days,
but they did exactly that. I love the teas and will continue to order from them and sing their praises. Thanks!

This is my first time ordering from Twisted Tea and somehow my order got lost in the mail. I live on the top of a hill at the end of a private drive, our mailboxes are at the bottom,unfortunately this happens a lot. I say all of that to let you know how used to arguing with company's about lost and stolen packages. I was prepared to do it again but to my most pleasant surprise the folks at Twisted Tea were more than helpful they were so gracious. They did not argue at all they simply replaced my order and to my surprise added several additional products to my order for free. They are amazing. I told them I was going to brag on them and this is just the start. Thank you Twisted Tea

Of course I had to try the teas because it was all over my social media feed. I tried the cotton candy and loved it! I loved that I drank more water because of the delicious tea flavor! So, I ordered again and unfortunately the mailman delivered it to someone else and because I never received it, The Loaded Tea Shop were kind enough to send out my order. Hopefully I will receive this next order because I am literally craving it and I want to cut back on drinking soda. I bought a 64oz bottle just so I can make these teas. The company is wonderful for communicating with me. They have my full support!!!

Great experience! Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt. Had a small problem when I received my order, one of the packs had a small hole. I contacted the company, received an immediate response, sent pictures, and was sent a replacement and extras. I wasn’t expecting that! Above and beyond!

I am a repeat customer and have gotten my order quickly and accurately until this last time. I emailed customer service that most of my items were missing from the box and they promptly replaced them. Quick and efficient customer service and overall wonderful quality products. I have almost completely given up my coffee addiction and this is helping me on my weightloss journey!

It takes an arrogant company to use Jesus Christ to attempt to sell their product. The ad depicted Jesus holding a glass with Loaded Tea imprinted on it in one hand and a packet of Loaded Tea in the other. I’m not a religious zealot but I do believe religion is a very personal belief. I find this ad offensive. In my 65 years, I have never seen a company so classless as to use religion to sell their product. I will no longer order from you. I have 3 friends who saw the ad. They’re now your former customers. Save your canned response. There are a lot of reviews noting your company’s lack of integrity. I agree with them.

When a shipment went to the wrong address they hopped into action and replaced the order and sent it to the correct address. I'm loving all the flavors and enjoy them each and every day!

This is my go to drink. Love these loaded teas and the customer service is top notch. One of my teas was broken and they fixed it instantly.

I did not receive one of my orders it said it was delivered I messaged them and they immediately sent out my order again at now charge to me they have awesome customer service and support thank you very much loaded tea

The loaded tea shop is not just a mechanical staff with a computer at the helm and robots doing all the work. The loaded tea shop is real people and they have the best customer service of any company I have ever come across. They answer emails right away. They do not let it sit and wait for a week before they get back to you. If you have any issues they’re fixed with them 24 hours or less. I am so impressed with this company that they have made me a customer for life. It also helps that their tea is absolutely delicious. My favorite is the Bahama mama. It’s got all my favorite flavors in it. Oh, and their website is super easy to use completely. Here’s a friendly and you do not need a computer degree to figure out how to order, lol. One last thing, the shipping time is amazing. I placed my order and in less than two days, I had my tea in my hands, enjoying it. I don’t know how they do it, but this company, I have nothing bad to say about them.
