The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

Love the teas and sometimes they don't make it to customers 100 percent in tacked and thankfully customer service is great. Makes you wanna keep ordering

This is the first company in a long time that customer service actually takes care of the customer and their needs whether it’s a mistake that happened product issues. They are on top of it and wanna make it right which says a lot for a small business. I will keep highly recommend recommending the loaded tea shop to my friends and family and Clients of mine. Thank you again for making dealing with the issues a great experience and being on top of getting back to me right away, which is another key factor is they will get back to you quickly. They say 24 hours but it is before that which I like as well. Thank you again for taking care of my matter.

The customer service was so responsive to a little hiccup I had with my order. They went above and beyond my expectation and resolved my issue very very quickly.

I accidentally checked out before applying a coupon code. I emailed The Loaded Tea Company and in less than 24 hours it was resolved and a refund had been issued to my payment method! The teas are not only amazing…so is their customer service!

I recently discovered The Loaded Tea Shop and have completely fallen in love with their teas. They’ve made it so much easier for me to stay hydrated throughout the day while also helping curb my sweet cravings. I used to rely on energy drinks and soda, but I’ve stopped both because I enjoy these teas so much. I do have to cut off the caffeinated ones by 3 or 4 p.m. so I can sleep well, but I just received some caffeine-free options that are perfect for evenings.
When I contacted customer service about a shipping issue, they responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. I’m truly impressed by this company and have started recommending it to everyone I know!

TLTS is amazing. Fantastic support! Thank you for helping me through my issue and supporting me so well.

The flavor, the price and the benefits are amazing!!! You can make 3-4 drinks per packet depending on how strong you like it. Such an amazing variety of flavors to choose from. Some flavors take you back to childhood. There is one I think called Happy Sunshine that tastes like Tang. I enjoy so many of their flavors and will be a lifer with Loaded Tea for as long as they are in business. Don't hesitate! Put in your order today!

These teas are all absolutely fantastic and customer service is TOP tier!!! Out of all my orders I've put in, I have only had one tiny problem and they responded to my email within the hour! And went above and beyond to make me happy. Highly recommend!!

My family has been using The Loaded Tea Shop for several months now and are completely addicted to these awesome flavors!! I ordered them for the energy, vitamins and clean caffeine but the flavors are amazing!!
The most recent shipment had a couple sleeves tear open in shipping and when I emailed them to let them know, it didn’t take an hour for them to make it right plus some! Their customer service is as top notch as the product!!

Whenever we have any issues with our order, we reach out and the customer service is phenomenal. They never fail to make our issue right, so that is why we continue to buy time after time. Not to mention they are delicious

Amazing Teas AND Amazing Customer Service!

My whole family loves The Loaded Tea Shop! We drink their teas every day and have found so many flavors we love. We genuinely look forward to every order, and our teas arrive so quickly!.

I was especially impressed with their customer service recently when I received a few of the wrong teas in my order. I reached out, and within minutes they responded, corrected the order, and had the right teas on the way. They were so friendly and easy to work with that what could have been a frustrating experience wasn’t frustrating at all.

It’s clear that this company really cares about its customers. Between the great flavors, quick shipping, and wonderful customer service, they’ve definitely earned our loyalty. We’ll be ordering for a long time!

Excellent customer service! Requested a change to my order within a hour of placing it and before shipping. Unfortunately, it was shipped before it could be intercepted and changed. To my surprise, received an apology from the customer care team (Ashley)and five free teas as compensation in a separate mailing. Can’t go wrong purchasing from this stellar business that provides great tasting teas and values their customers ensuring complete satisfaction!

This company is amazing! Their products are absolutely my favorite! The customer service team responds back sooo fast and is so helpful! My order got lost and they shipped me out a replacement so so fast!!! I would definitely recommend this product if you want to be really pleased with their amazing yummy drinks!

Just started my weight loss journey and received a recommendation for your teas through Facebook. I am so happy to report that I took the chance and ordered a few. My world will never be the same! No more plain boring water for me by the liters! Loaded Tea Company, where have you been all my life? Frog Spit, Cupid Shuffle, Southern Strawberry, Cotton Candy, etc. It's all amazing! It's easy to make, you can turn the sweetness up or down, and those discount codes are why I will be buying your teas forever! Thanks for the extraordinary speed of delivery and the care you put into every order. I even get a thank you in my emails for each and every order I place. The only downside is that I now have to find a great big jar for my kitchen counter to put all of the packets I've bought! With much appreciation...Barbara

Absolutely love the product so far tastes great we’ll see how today goes I always feel sluggish so hoping this helps me get through the day. Package was handled with care and placed into the locked mailbox to insure theft didn’t happen again. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

We have been ordering these teas for awhile now and so happy with them. We had a little incident with the packing but I tell you customer service is on top of it. You cannot go wrong with these Loaded teas🩷💙💜

I just had my 2nd order.
The packets are only half as full this time. There aren’t any holes, just way way less product. It’s very disappointing. I’ve read comments where this is happening to lots of others. It seems once the company took off, the quality control and providing a quality good product went down. I hate this too, because I love the product, but feel deceived.

The fast response and the help with getting the code applied. I love the loaded teas. The flavors are amazing and love the energy and no crash afterwards feeling.

I received my order today from The Loaded Tea Shop and was super excited for it. Opened it and there were 2 of the wrong items. I emailed them and within minutes I got a response and they made good on the mix up. They are truly amazing!!

I ordered for the first time from the loaded tea shop and when my package arrived, it had some damage on route. I emailed the company as soon as I realized part of the package was damaged and the product inside was also not as expected. I got a response and a shipping notification within the hour from the company not only replacing the teas that weren’t up to their standards, but also sending me two additional teas for the hassle. Fabulous customer service. I will definitely shop here again.
