The Loaded Tea Shop Reviews

There was an error with my order. The amazing team at The Loaded Tea promptly addressed the error and went above and beyond to rectify the order. I love these products and am proud to be an ambassador for such a great product, made by a company that strives to keep excellent customer service and superior products at the forefront.

I am seriously so impressed with The Loaded Tea Shop’s customer service! My first order arrived with a small mix-up — I received two Mystery Bundles instead of the Legendary Favorites Bundle I had ordered. I emailed them, and they responded within about FIVE minutes! They immediately apologized, let me know my Legendary Favorites Bundle was being sent right out, and even told me to keep the extra Mystery Bundle.

Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them says everything. They were kind, quick, professional, and made the whole experience so easy. I was already excited to try their teas, and now I’m even more impressed with the company behind them. This is exactly how customer service should be done. I will absolutely be ordering again! 💕🫶🏼

Referred from a friend, and amazed. What a great experience! Ordered my first set of 15. Frog Spit was awesome! Can't wait to try the others. Had some powder in my bag and all over my packets. Emailed in and had a response within 5 minutes and replacement email within 10. My friend raves on their customer service and I agree. Because of that, I ordered 23 more! Love the card where you can check off the ones you've tried. Can't wait to try all of the flavors

Can't say enough wonderful things about this company and the staff. If you have a problem or concern they get back to you promptly to resove the issues. The teas are delicious with lots of flavors to choose from. I unfortunately didn't like a few but lots I really like. That's what's nice about having such a variety to choose from. I gave a little sample pack to my friends and soon after trying them they were hooked and making a purchase for themselves. If you haven't tried them yet you should. It makes drinking water better with flavor and it doesn't hurt getting vitamins and caffeine too. Ofcourse if you don't want caffeine they have caffeine free options as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and their customer service! I emailed them on a SATURDAY about an issue with my order, and they got back to me almost instantaneously. 😳

They had accidentally only left 1 packet for my order, but instead of just correcting the mistake, they went above and beyond. They responded that they were sending me 5 packets just for the trouble! 🥹💗

That kind of customer service is SO rare these days. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business handles them that makes all the difference—and they handled it with kindness, generosity, and incredible responsiveness.

All this and not to mention their product is chef's kiss 💕

I am genuinely blown away and will absolutely be ordering from them again. Thank you for making this right and then some! 🫶🏼 Highly, highly recommend this shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Loaded Tea Shop customer service is top notch. Issues are few and far between but when something does arise they are right on it and quick to fix! I love their teas and will absolutely continue ordering from them!

Delicious products, quick shipping, and great service. Try Sassy Sissy, Rocket Pop, and Cotton Candy. The caffeine-free options are just as good.

The Loaded Tea Ship is the most kind and listens more than any other company I’ve purchased from. They listened to their customers wants and needs and then they OVER deliver on the products! The teas are so tasty, fruity and colorful! Makes drinking water a lot more fun!

The availability of caffeine free options really sold me on this product. I know the caffeine free teas are gradually coming back into stock and I cannot wait to try them all.

These teas have changed my life and my water consumption levels throughout the day. Because of these products I’m staying more hydrated, more healthy and have more energy through my day (even with the caffeine free versions).

Placed an order and realized my address was not correct. Sent them an email asking them to change my address before dispatching.
What a fantastic response from them. So helpful and eager to help. Will definitely rate them on the top of my list as the most friendliest and welcoming company I have dealt with.
10/10 for Customer service 👌

The loaded teas are wonderful, so many different flavors to choose fromthey absolutely taste great you will not be disappointed and they are healthy so much better than sodas.

Geat product, and fantastic customer service! Do wish they had more merch. Got the clippies and realized too late I didn't order enough. Now they are out of srock. Poor me.

They offer a great tasting product and outstanding customer service. Will happily do business with them again

Customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond to make things right if there's ever an issue. And they are very prompt! The teas are very tasty and I absolutely love them. I share them with everyone and try to promote them as much as possible. 10 stars 🌟 😉

I had major surgery on my back in January my recovery was going pretty slow still had a lot of pain but then I ordered the loaded tea and started drinking it and felt a whole lot better than I had been so I went a couple of days without drinking it and started feeling bad again so I can definitely say that the loaded teas are helping thank you so much

The best product, I really enjoy the tea and even better the company is wonderful. I had a question and they immediately responded. They were very kind, so I will continue to support them and tell everyone I know!

I’m a new customer and love the flavors I’ve tried so far. My reason for purchasing was to have a flavorful product that would encourage me to drink more water while not spiking my blood sugar. And the customer service was very receptive to a concern I had over the smaller packets I received in my 2nd order compared to my 1st order. They responded very positively and I’m glad to be a customer!

I was very excited to receive my order but when it arrived today, it was missing one packet, a flavor I was particularly looking forward to. I simply reached out to customer service and within minutes they shipped out a replacement package along with 4 of their most popular flavors. I'm now sipping on Lollipop and it's delicious! I'm a hard core soda drinker but, these may very well be a game changer. Thank you for an amazing product and an even more amazing customer service experience.

The loaded tea is the best thing that I have ordered in a long time me and my son both love it and will continue to order it. We order all the time so if you haven’t tried it you need to go out and try it. It is the best. furthermore the Customer Service team was just amazing.

One of my orders was not delivered despite the tracking app saying it was . I reached out to Ashley and she went above and beyond to assist me with getting this corrected . Not only do I love the loaded tea products , but they have the best customer service I have ever encountered. I will continue to purchase this amazing product moving forward ❤️

Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with shipping and within minutes LOADED TEA was on the case! I would definitely recommend and buy again!! Top tier customer service!
