Great service from the Moving Portal whilst helping me resolve and issue with the surveying company.
They are always quick to respond to emails, always answer the phone and everyone I spoke with was so friendly and helpful.
Huge shout out to Tia who went above and beyond to help me get my house sale over the line after ‘Help to buy’ were being very difficult. She really helped in a very stressful situation and I can’t thank her enough!

Great service. We received regular updates and clear communication throughout the process.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. As a first time buyer who has no idea how the process works, I found them to be really helpful, sufficient and they turned things around so quickly. I spoke with Joe today for my follow up call following the survey and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He was really friendly, broke the survey down so I could understand it and helped eased my anxiety massively. Very impressed and would recommend!

The online portal made it very easy to communicate prior to the survey. The survey report itself was very comprehensive, clearly stating problem areas without over-dramatising the situation. The surveyor himself was happy to discuss the findings with me afterwards and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Fast response, fast at booking a date and fast to get the report back to me. Great service. Surveyor rang the evening before the survey to introduce himself and explain what would happen. Left his number if there were any queries. Brilliant service. Definitely recommend

Kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. Surveyor telephoned me after the survey to explain salient points ahead of receiving the report. This was comprehensive and will be of great use to me. Very satisfied with the service.

Great service
Really simple to book, and the survey was carried out very quickly. Tom called before he went to the property to see if I had any concerns. He wrote a really detailed report and followed up with a call a few days later to go through it and answer all of my queries. I can't fault the customer service and would definitely use this company again.

Really positive experiences
Really positive experiences, the staff I spoke with were lovely and explained everything really well. The app is great as you can track the progress and leave messages, to which a response is really quick.
