One request for North American, ditch the foam peanuts for shipping. They are a mess to deal with.

I highly recommend purchasing instruments from TNAG. Kim was honest and forthcoming about the condition of the instrument, offered a fair price, and made sure I would get it before a snow storm arrived. 
Dropping a few thousand dollars for an instrument you've never played and having it shipped across the country is inherently worrisome, but you can trust TNAG to make this process work as best as possible.

I'd actually been looking for a Goodall Parlor guitar and the pandemic curtailed (obviously) any ability to travel to where the guitars might be. But upon seeing one online at North American Guitar, I inquired about the process to try one out via shipping -- it could not have been easier.
