Excellent service! Let's face it there are a lot of online options out there...but will they send you personally crafted sound clips of the guitar you are interested in? Will they nag FedEx to get their s_it together and deliver the guitar. This is my second guitar from North American and they have made me a life-long customer. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

I had been looking at the B&G Little Sister for quite a while, but couldn't find anyplace I could try one, or preview before buying. North American Guitar came thru with a relatively large selection, and Jordan Santiago went the extra mile to send additional photos of my favorites to choose from. When prompted, Jordan gave me his opinion of the guitars I had him photo, and I bought the one he recommended. I love it. Shipped promptly, and packed well, the guitar arrived in tune and ready to play. No surprises, just great service.

I am a classical and flamenco guitar dealer for 25 years, so I know the business inside and out. I worked with Kim Sherman at TNAG. She sold a guitar for me, and I bought a Mandolin and two custom built new guitars from her, all for my personal use. Kim was informative, honest, engaged, and helpful every single step of the way and went beyond my expectations often. It says a lot when the customer feels like they are being treated more like a friend than as a client. Very happy in all respects with all dealings with TNAG and Kim.

I had an excellent experience with TNAG. I saw a guitar online that looked and sounded great. I chatted with Kim online to get some questions answered. She was extremely helpful along the way. I didn't have the money at that time. She helped me to put a down payment on it and two months later, it was shipped. I needed it shipped on a certain day because I needed someone home when it arrived. I didn't want it sitting on my doorstep. Once I opened the box, I was very impressed with the packing. Once I opened the case, I saw some extras included. Awesome service and delivery. I'll be back!

I have been a regular visitor to the TNAG website for quite some time....not only do I enjoy watching the superb videos on the site, but I have also engaged in a number of online conversations via the Chat function on the site with Kim, Richard and Jordan. It was inevitable that I would add to my guitar collection with a purchase from TNAG, which I have just done, with a new slope-shoulder Maestro guitar.
