More than a fair price on my beautiful Maestro guitar, prompt excellent shipping, easy on line shopping and a free humidifier not mentioned but included in the case of the guitar! They are selective on guitars they sell, they only carry guitars that customers can really enjoy.

Hi I'm Berndt, first of all I'm very sorry not to give you 5 stars that actually would fit to what I've experienced so far with TNAG. As I lived in Germany I bought a James Trussart and a Rick Turner guitar. I had problems with the Rick Turner and Richard called right on the spot to get things strait. You were in London then. Now I live in Canada and you are in Nashville. I recently bought an VVT amp and a B&G guitar. The chat and getting back to me about the B&G was a little bumpy but no problem.You were very generous about handling the shipping cost you let me know it would be over $ 60.- dollars. I'm very satisfied with the amp , the B&G has a very poor intonation but so it is. Now after several weeks I get a bill from Fedex over $500.- dollars for shipping ! I'ts not for the money but why don't you check the shipping cost before you offer? I am sure this won't be the last time to buy equipment from TNAG don't worry but I thought you should know. I'm thrilled about TNAG , the Guitars you offer are amazing and Richard is such a cool guy. It would really help your fine reputation if you would send a short mail and ask the customer if he is satisfied with his purcase. Thanks

Last week I received my B&G Little Sister Crossroads. I’ve been playing almost 60 yrs. This is one of the nicest instruments I’ve ever played. NAG was super easy to work with. Easy access to credit. They are always available to chat/answer questions. I’m usually hesitant to purchase an instrument without some hands on but this whole process was so comfortable from the get go that I went for it. Glad I did.

The North American guitar is selling great guitars. Jordan was very helpful over the video calls and was able to answer any questions I had about the guitar. I’m very happy with the purchase of my new Maestro fanned fret.

Amazing inventory of high quality guitars. So glad to find my dream straight grain, AAAA Brazilian rosewood and tight grain Adirondack Collings D-2 that I previously had to go to prewar Martins to find. Sounds as good as it looks!
