Pleased with the B&G solid brass bridge and it made a noticeable difference. Delivery was slower than other guitar parts suppliers I use but I was in no hurry, arrived well packaged.

This was truly the best guitar-shopping experience I have ever had. The moment I discovered TNAG online & researched the many different makes of guitars that would suit my needs, I was completely hooked with this company! TNAG continues to lead as the standard in high end acoustic guitar shops. This is my second purchase from TNAG, and could not be happier with the management and care offered by Kim Sherman and her staff. The recordings captured the guitar well, the deal was solid, shipping flawless, and satisfaction secured. My new Baranik OM is simply superb, and glad to see TNAG offer his work.

TNAG team are the best of the best in customer service and knowledge. They follow thru and never hard sell. They're product sells itself and they make it an enjoyable experience every step of the way.

TNAG made a couple of videos so I could hear the actual guitar. The USPS botched the payment deliver and FedEX lied about delivery times as usual. TNAG were constantly in touch and did everything they could to keep track of the process. It is definitely the mark of a superior music store/business organization to devote so much attention to a customer's well being. This is clearly a measure of competence and respect on their part, and I am very impressed with TNAG's abilities.

I had an absolutely first-rate experience buying my guitar from TNAG. Their customer service was attentive, personal, prompt, and helpful. Even though I couldn't shop in person, they were exceptionally supportive and accommodating in helping me figure out what I wanted/needed.

I found their website thorough and easy to use, and their demo videos were beautiful and very helpful in my decision. I had my guitar in hand just a few business days after ordering, and it was generously and safely packed, in perfect condition and true to the beautiful photos and description on their website.

I feel like I just bought the guitar of my dreams, so I don't expect to need another one, but never say never...and if I do find myself looking again, I'd definitely consider buying from TNAG again. This purchase could not have been easier or more satisfying. I'm a very happy customer.
