I was pleased with the transaction. The strap button was installed correctly. The bridge saddles were not in the right place however, so I had to take it to another store to get the intonation set correctly.

The North American Guitar is the most professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented shop, by far, that I have seen in 50 years of playing. There are no games, just straight talk from a musician's perspective. After all, they are all musicians. Jordan, Kim and all the rest of the gang are some of the nicest people I have ever delt with. There are plenty of guitar shops in Dallas but I would and have driven 15 hours to Nashville just to deal with them.

Had my eye on a Furch Grand Auditorium Blue Plus model. Offered at a very fair price. Jordan was extremely helpful in explaining the instrument to me and when I made the purchase the follow up o the order and shipping was terrific. I knew where my baby was the whole time right up to my front door.
Packaged with care, it arrived pristine. If there is one complaint it's the use of the Styrofoam peanuts...but that's just a very minor thing.
I hope to be a returning customer soon, once I can put together a Furch 12 string!

All in all, a good experience. So an update to my original post. Justin called me and explained the guitar. Very helpful - and informative - and couldn’t have been nicer. A few idiosyncrasies with the setup but minor details, really, and easily corrected. If I ever have another pile of money burning a hole in my pocket I’ll call these guys for sure!

They did so because of a question I had regarding the shipping date of my instrument, and caught me completely off guard with the addition. Excellent. Still outstanding is why the pick up is mounted in an asymmetrical position on the sound hole.

Kim picked out the PERFECT acoustic guitar for me! I really love the sound of it. It sounds warm, big, and a lot of chime all at the same time. This guitar rings out like a piano!
