I bought my dream guitar at TNAG, a Somogyi Mod D in Brazilian Rosewood. This should be enough to give the 5 stars to the seller, but I'd like to add that dealing with Richard Poll was easy and rewarding and that the guitar arrived in perfect time.
Richard is a very kind and accurate person.

I had an excellent experience with The North American Guitar! The process from placing the order to receiving the guitar was very smooth without any hitches. The TNAG staff were extremely responsive to my questions and very helpful in the answers they gave. I was particularly impressed with the amount of care that had been taken to ensure the guitar arrived at my door in pristine condition - the packaging was extremely thorough and it delivered well above my expectations.

Last week I purchased a beautiful pre-owned Collings C10 from TNAG. It arrived in Montana on Wednesday and it has totally exceeded my expectations.

The guitar, of course, is wonderful. Equally impressive is the customer service and care that TNAG provides. This is truly a class act and worthy of accolades. I encourage my fellow guitarists to know and come to rely on TNAG for their instruments.

This Guitar works very well. It persistently improves my soccer by a lot.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of having purchased an instrument from North American Guitar. It took some time in considering this purchase. At all times, Kim and Jordan were most gracious, kind and helpful in answering questions and allowing me to, well, ruminate until I was ready to "pull the trigger." At no time did I feel pressured - which was much appreciated. The purchase transaction was a breeze with no hassles. The guitar arrived when I was told it would arrive and had been carefully packed. I have subscribed to NAG’s YouTube videos for quite a while and have always been impressed with the quality of the content and the obvious passion they have for not just the music of the guitar but the art of the instrument as well. I was fortunate to be in Nashville and visited the store recently. Kim was incredibly helpful and kind and I fell in love with a beautiful Santa Cruz OM that I now own! The post-purchase experience has been just as good as the pre-purchase experience from NAG too.

I wrote to TNAG because I knew they would be receiving some Bunting guitars. I received a reply very quickly, and over the course of a few days, Kim sent additional pictures and videos of the guitar I was interested in and answered all my questions. She was a pleasure to deal with through the process, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her and TNAG again!

I have wanted a Rick Turner guitar for years. I finally decided to pull the trigger and did a lot of online research. The North American Guitar company had some very nice inventory. I chatted with both Jordan and Richard (both of The North American Guitar) at different times (online chat through their webpage) as I had a lot of nuanced questions. Note, they both had product knowledge which was far beyond anyone else out there. So, it made it very easy to buy and feel comfortable about what I was getting. I received the guitar quickly, and it was 100% as promised. Great service, great product, happy customer.

I waited for a long time watching the inventories hoping to find just the right guitar to suit my style of play and the look I wanted. The TNAG was very patient and even sent me previews of guitars they received from Rick Turner. I finally found just the right guitar and I had in within four days. Great customer service and information that now have me owning a beautiful guitar that will be in the family forever.

I have wanted a B & G Little Sister for a while and finally being in a position to afford one I selected a beautiful 'honeyburst' model from the models available on the company website. I paid for it, only to be told that due to a 'system error' my guitar was no longer for sale. This was a massive disappointment. I was offered a number of options and finally settled on a Tobacco Sunburst model. Unfortunately this did not arrive on the expected delivery day (due to a problem with DHL). The guitar finally arrived 3 days later, and it does not disappoint. The service from TNAG was slow at first but all steps possible were taken to rectify the error to my satisfaction once the issue was identified. contact was established and the problem investigated.

I wrote that review a few days ago and was contacted by The North American Guitar Company saying they wanted to rectify any disappointment I had experienced by way of a gift card which could be used against a further purchase from them. A nice gesture but I don't have the funds or space for another instrument. I was then advised that a gift pack of accessories would be sent instead as a further gesture of goodwill. Okay, that's kind, i accepted.

Anyway, it arrived today. I didn't know what to expect but a couple of sets of strings, some spare plectrums and - I dunno - maybe a B & G T-Shirt. That would be fine, seriously, that would be enough. So, the package was opened - a couple of new sets of strings (always good), but wait, what's this? A nicely boxed B & G Leather Guitar Strap. Wow, very comfy. But, hang on, there's another box at the bottom in amongst all the careful packaging. Surely there must be some mistake? A Cornell Legacy Fuzz Pedal. WOW! Powered and cabled up it sounds superb when being pushed by the B & G's P90's.

I want to finish this review by saying this 'goodwill' is overkill. Most impressed by the company's willingness to ensure a customer's view is turned around as mine has been. I don't write bad reviews, just what i see as being an honest appraisal to help others. TNAG have surpassed themselves here and set a marker for customer service which other musical instrument companies would do well to try and match. A very sincere 'Thank you' to you.

I appreciated the way I was dealt with by both Jordan and Kim and absolutely adore the guitar that I bought from the North American guitar company. Thank you guys!

Not much to say here. I came across a beautiful Collings i35 Deluxe while going through the Internet, made an offer, which was quickly acted upon by the great staff, and I purchased it. It shipped quickly, was beautifully packed, and arrived on time. New strings were added and the intonation checked before it shipped. It looks and plays as well as it looks. I was told it was in mint condition and that was the absolute truth! You can't get any better than that.

I received a "Kim's Notes" from North American Guitar, and replied with what I was looking for in a guitar figuring she knows more about what NA Guitars has more quickly. The second guitar suggested stood out for an easier playing neck for me, and possibly a different voiced guitar than what I have. They sent it. The delivery service gave me an initial date of delivery, but missed it by two days, and then was going to make it a third day because it was getting late (a lot of delivery truck travel for the guitar). I called the delivery service to get it here on this 2nd day of delay. The package arrived in mid evening with a few bends and dents in the box, but not the guitar or case. The guitar sounds and plays great, with a good bass. It has a voice unlike any other guitar I own, which is what I was hoping it would have. I'd consider another guitar from North American Guitar, if I need a new or used one.

I can't remember how I came across The North American Guitar website but I am so glad I did. Their websites contains so much information not only about the guitar; including guitar videos, detail pics and sound bites, specs and description, but also information about the company and luthiers. I am impressed. I am guitar fanatic and started collecting 2 years ago. So much fun looking through all the guitars. TNAG is also great at answering questions promptly, accurately and with in depth info. Lindsay was my representative and she was wonderful. She was very helpful returning my emails promptly, answering all of my questions and assisting in making sure things were going smoothly. Her assistance helped me go through the process at the speed that I felt comfortable with. A smooth and fast process. It was very simple. And looking back, what made that possible was her quick responses to my emails and her dedication to answering all of my question. And that's what I am looking for when ordering instruments that speak to me. I purchased a beautiful Maestro Victoria Wenge acoustic guitar and I am more than saitified. The delivery was fast and the guitar was packaged perfectly. I've purchased 7 other guitars through online websites in the past 2 years and this was by far the fastest delivery, best packaging and among the best customer service experiences I've had. 2 thumbs up for TNAG team.
