Please do not purchase from this company! Ordered shower curtains 4 weeks ago - no item received, no responses to emails or answers to phone calls. Clearly they have created a very legit looking website with AI, the only thing that gives away any illegitimacy is that their preferred calling option is via Whatsapp - no serious company would state something like this. I have lost £50, on low income as home with my baby, devastated that ill-meaning people have such advanced tools to scam us. Having read other people's experiences dealing with these robbers, I have no faith in receiving any compensation. Please keep reporting and warning others. Namaste

I would say zero stars - DO NOT USE THIS website it is A SCAM!! Desperately trying to get money back via PayPal - the company is not in edinburgh - after trying to contact via phone and message with no response - the number isnt a uk number and will not be on - only WhatsApp have now had intervention from PayPal and find it is a guy in India - now after being asked by PayPal to resolve he has now after 20+ days created an international dispatch from India - so if you think you are getting something handmade from edinburgh by 2 women in a beautiful linen - you have it completely wrong !! Do not get taken in and do not buy anything !!

Another scammed shower curtain order. No comms and trying to get money back through credit card or etsy as payment went through as etsy even though he has no items listed there. Etsy are no looking into fraudulent use of their portal.

think ive been scammed, purchased a linen shower curtain that still hasnt arrived 7 weeks after ordering and despite emailing calling and texting absolutely no response to any of it and no curtain! avoid!!

Ordered a shower curtain 3 weeks ago. Confirmation of order received the day I placed the order. No correspondence since, despite me following up twice. I then decided to look at Trustpilot, and wished I'd checked first as I would have saved time and frustration. Like one of the other reviewers, I was fortunate to have placed my order through PayPal and Paypal immediately refunded me.

Ordered samples last night. Woke to an email saying I had cancelled my order so it was refunded. Glad they did cos then I read these reviews and looks like I had a lucky escape!

I ordered a cotton velvet bench seat and cover at the cost of £79.32, and was not made aware that the cover was coming from India and the foam seat from UK; on receipt of cover, it is very clearly SYNTHETIC POLYESTER - exactly what I did not want. I used this company, believing their natural fabric advertising with concern for environment and ecology.

Paid via Paypal, have made a Claim which is being refunded provided I send the item back to India, at my own expense. Unreal. I have no intention of returning the foam cushion to Indie as it came from UK; the UK supplier will not accept returns. I have returned the cover to India and Paypal have kindly allowed me some funds to cover the return costs.

Whether or not the item ever arrives at the other end, I have been assured I will receive my refund in full, and I have tracking information to prove postage.

What an utter waste of time.
Quite why they would treat customers like idiots, lying about their materials, and thinking that we are all so apathatic that we won't bother to complain, is baffling.

Underhand, tacky, dishonest, craven, this is theft by deception.

I will not be letting this rest. I have no intention of lining the pockets of chartlatans who are clearly coining it in from customers who are ordering in good faith.

Sent wrong item. Requested exchange or refund and it's been nearly 2 months writing to them with no response at all.

Contrary to the majority of reviews my purchase was positive. The company needs to make it much more clear that delivery will be a week or two. The actual item I ordered was a single curtain with black out material in a lovely tiger and elephant print. The quality exceeded expectations and was heavy, muted the light from the window and came with rings too! I get where people are coming from with worry about delivery BUT the item I ordered and received was above expectations.

I was a bit worried after reading reviews, but all is good! Ordered shower curtain. It took over 2 weeks to be dispatched, then tracking was showing delays in India, then it suddenly appeared on my doorstep in Scottish Highlands. I had messaged after 2 weeks asking re progress, no reply to messages and generally poor communication, hence 4 stars rather than 5, but product great, just as described, and seems good quality. In the end quite happy.

AVOID! Scam website, not in the UK! Zero communication from seller despite messaging several times, still no tracking information received despite ordering over 1 month ago. Luckily got the money back as I ordered through PayPal.

Seems like a fake company! Ordered but noting delivered and nothing from any communicators. Seems like a scam!!!

Items are very poor quality. Look nothing the photos. Seller never replies to any emails.

Avoid !! I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. The seller does not communicate AT ALL, the order arrived in two parts eventually after numerous emails, the cover which shipped from India, is such poor quality, sticky and poorly made - it stinks, literally. The foam piece shipped from GB Foam Direct and looks hideously out of proportion. I cannot use either the cover or the foam insert. It's not fit for purpose - straight to the dump - waste of money !!

Similarly to other reviewers, I attempted to contact the Organic Habitat multiple times, politely, with a query about how to care for the item they'd sent me, (the item was very different from how it was depicted on the site). No response via email or chat after 8 weeks. Avoid.

Placed an order. Received no confirmation or product and my money was taken.

I don't like giving a bad reviews and I wish I'd checked the reviews here before placing an order with this company. I placed an order on 21 August and we still haven't received it (2 Sept). We have tried to contact them through emails, the whatsapp/live chat (that's not live at all), phone calls. No response at all. This makes me wonder if this company is genuine. We are now having to involve our credit card company to investigate the possibility that this company is a sham.

I wish I read the reviews!!! Stay away, item never arrived and no answer from customer service, the person who I paid appears to be based in India. Luckily I paid with PAYPAL and got my money returned.
