Placed the order - and have never received item despite several emails. Received a tracking code but not recognised by UPS who it links to. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM

Terrible Company!!! BEWARE!! I ordered blackout fabric from them, advertised to completely block out light. After several weeks it came from India, and was not Blackout at all - light shines right through it. They had promised prepaid label for return, if defective. But, after you buy, they won't respond by email or chat - completely ignoring my requests to return it, since it wasn't as advertised. Since they completely lost my trust, I now doubt that it was OEKO-Tek certified. Oh, and the positive review that you see was written by the owner himself. So, I got scammed.

Scam! Never delivered. Sent text saying was delivered. Will not reply. Paid thru PayPal hopefully money will be reimbursed.. Avoid this fake company

Before ordering they responded quickly. Tried cancelling the item before shipping but was ignored. Item was delivered but I was away and returned to them. They are now not responding to emails to either deliver the product or provide me with a refund.
AVOID.

This company is a scam. I ordered in December and have emailed 7 times and tried their online chat, but have received little to no response as to where my curtains are or whether or not they will issue me a refund. Honestly, I wish I had never clicked onto this site because dealing with them has been such a headache and after spending hundreds of dollars on their products it feels like I was duped.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM HAVE CONTACTED THEM VIA THEIR PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL AND LIVE CHAT AND HAVE HAD ZERO RESPONSE. REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, ITS A SCAM

I ordered samples as they promised a refund for them if you place the order after. The samples arrived and I decided to place the order.
When my curtains finally arrived after a month they were a mess: stitched from several panels (even the narrow one!), with stains and a burned hole, wavy edges...
They also sent me a samples for silk curtains and it literally said 100% polyester. So it is possible that all the rest materials I got (velvet and linen) are not organic as well.
When I reached out the the website all upset regarding the situation I was assured that they will send me the exchange order with prepaid label for return.
After this, I never heard back, they stopped answering me in the chat as well as via emails.
I never got refund for my samples as well (though I was promised 3 times during chat conversations to get it!)
Stay away and save your money and time.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole. Ordered a cream waffle fabric shower curtain. What actually turned up can only be described as a crumpled mess of a colour I can only liken to a baby's first nappy/putrid mustard. I paid £39.99 for this item and despite trying to initiate web chats with them (Thea - must be the only member of staff!!!) and several e-mails later and no response whatsoever. I am now left £39.99 out of pocket with something fit for the bin. Save your money and do your research before buying.

They are not responding once I placed the order where as they responded to my questions quickly irrespective of time of the day before placing the order. They stopped responding whether it be shipping questions , quality issues after placing the order.

Their Etsy site also closed now. Probably due to fake products and no response after the order.

I don’t think the fabric is 100% organic linen material . Certifications, address, phone number all are lies. They should correct the fabric description for all of the products.

100% silk curtains are actually 100% polyester. Please order samples before placing actual order. Do the burn test to see if it forms plastic bead.
Most of the fabrics are polyester. Sheer linen curtains also form plastic bead when burned.

They don’t charge for cotton lining which explains they are getting good margin by not giving real linen.

They will not honor their refund policy . Absolute fraud website
