Didn't hear anything after my order, followup emails were ignored, couldnt reach them at all.

Fortunately paid with paypal who refunded my money.

Wrote them about a product I wanted to buy to have some more information. Never got any answer, mail or whatsapp. I'm glad I didn't buy there because this looks like a huge scam. Stay clear and dont waste your time on them

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Royal mail tracking shows they have been informed and are waiting to receive my order (for the last 6 days!!). I've tried emailing and contacting through the website all to no avail. I don't want my order now!!

I really wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing a shower curtain from this company, should know better these days. I ordered a shower curtain but have certain hooks I want to use. Apparently their shower curtains come with hooks and the holes are TINY. Not sure if this is a UK/US difference thing or what. So, ok, I will just get a refund and return it, right? Well 4 ATTEMPTS at communication later and that is not looking likely. So I'm stuck with a $50 shower curtain I can't use. They have sent 0 responses to my multiple emails and from twice attempting to use their online form. I have to agree with others, this is indeed run like a scam company.

Scam company. Order received very late and the print is a cheap knock off version of the one they have listed. Both are palm tree designs but not similar. Fabric also isn’t linen as stated. Multiple attempts to contact have been unsuccessful. Going to arrange a charge back with my bank

This company is a scam.

Ordered curtains on 4th July and they arrived on the 24th. I was concerned after reading the reviews-I tried to contact the company about my order and they didn’t reply- but the curtains are great quality and well made.

Don't use this company, I didn't received my order or any refund for it. I wrote several email, wrote on their chat and called, no response..

Order not received, no response from company through any method, despite several attempts. After a PayPal dispute they sent half of my order, still no response from them regarding receiving the remainder of my order or a refund. Company is not UK based as the website leads you to believe. The one curtain I received is poor quality. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had looked at trust pilot first! Same issues as below. No responses to emails or WhatsApp and no order. I also have a fake tracking number. It’s been a month now since I placed the order. Oddly the samples did arrive so am holding out hope….

Fraudulent. Inaccuracies on website. Not UK based. No contact details. No replies to my questions and when my order finally arrived it is dreadful. Poor quality and not what I had expected given the cost.

Purchased curtains yesterday. Got a pending on our bank statement with the amount. They're saying the order did not go through. I've called three times. Was disconnected immediately each time. Ask them to call me. Nothing, just an automated texting saying they're sorry and here's our phone number which is the one that keeps disconnecting me. Put a stop payment on the curtains. UPDATE: (7/7/25) Miraculously, they arrived today. They are absolutely beautiful & I love them! Went ahead and paid for them & ordered another set while I was at it. The communication with this company is very poor...hence, the four stars. However, the curtains are definitely a 5 plus! Thank you

Great quality product. Arrived fairly quickly being shipped from India. The product matches the description and the pictures on their website. The only fault in the whole process was the wrong colour of the shower curtain sent, but it makes no difference, as it looks amazing in our bathroom. Thank you.

Ordered some Liverpool curtains and then read the reviews a couple of days later. I emailed the Company thinking it was in the UK after looking up their address. I had a reply by return assuring me they were not a scam company. Had no further contact from them until a email arrived saying DPD were expecting the order. Surprise surprise the curtains arrived today after three weeks. I can honestly say the curtains are exactly as ordered with a blackout lining added as requested.
Curtains are as expected but customer service not so good. Would I order from them again? Probably not!!!

If I could give -5 I would have. Absolute nightmare. Never received my order , seller not communicating at all just ignores you. 3 weeks from ordering still waiting, contacted my bank for refund.
They give you fake tracking, also bank statement shows India not UK!

As with what everyone said. Curtains arrived from India. Cheaply/poorly made, not the material it stated it was. The moment I flag the issue, I got no response via email. Do not purchase an item from here.

Ordered curtains from this store. Was terrified after I came across this page and thought my money is gone. Was starting to think about options to recover my money. But I was surprised to see the package at my doorstep and was pleasantly surprised when I found that the quality was top notch. Ordered another set for my son's room. In case someone is skeptical, please order samples first.

Completely fraudulent company. I hope you've read these reviews before ordering and not the ones on their website. It is actually an Indian company, shipping took weeks and the fabric that arrived was polyester and not '100% merino wool' at all.
After contacting the company on multiple platforms about the item not arriving they eventually got back to me with some bogus story about a fire.
Thank goodness I only ordered a sample.
