Items description issue
Good prices, responsive support.
However the info on the POC helmets was wrong: the size charts on the Ventral MIPS and the weight of size M was not correct. When asked the support rep about the helmet weight, as it was controversial, he could not confirm it for me, though it is clearly marked on the box. As a result I got the helmet that is too heavy and too big.

Excellent product - poor service.
Excellent products! Very poor customer service. Make sure to get your bike tuned immediately. A handful of mistakes in assembly were found. Also small missing parts, critical for the longterm carbon health.

Love this company. Great way to buy good equipment without the showroom price. Also approved a repair that was needed to ensure the bike was safe before I committed to it. Lots of good used bikes out there and this is a good way to test the quality and integrity before locking in on your purchase.

Bought son a trek supercaliber
Bought my son a trek supercaliber, didn't want to spend money on a new bike. The bike I ended up with was pretty much new. A few scratches just like was pictured. I will buy again. Having TPC check a used bike first is reassuring that your getting something good.

Clint got my rear derailleur indexing properly and replaced my chain and I am back on the trails! Easy scheduling on-line and super easy drop off/pick up Tuesday -Saturday.

Great price on the components I needed
Great price on the components I needed. The only drawback was I ordered on a Friday, then requested a change Saturday morning on a cable length and they replied quickly, it could not be done. The order was not shipped for another five days, so there was plenty of time to make the change. My mistake for ordering the wrong length (I give myself two stars) but they didn't try to help me either. I would order from them again but I would be more careful in my selections. Still, they had what I needed and they delivered.
