I had a very good experience with lee 2 weeks ago in the shop. He was very helpful and pointed me right to what I wanted. this was my first time picking up a pair of running shoes so naturally I was worried on what to get lee made this a really easy process.

I had my Gait analysis done today in the Ashtown store with Lee.
I have purchased the right pair of runners for me after a hour or so of trying on various pairs of different brands, comparing them, while getting technical advice from Lee.
I found the experience very helpful as I was being guided through the process of selecting the right shoe. I can now look forward to starting my running programme thanks to Lee and the staff and the Runhub.
The store is equipped with lots of running shoes aswell as clothes and accessories!
Well worth a trip down to them.
I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

Extremely negative experience dealing with these guys.My daughter went for gait analyses and bought a running shoe for 200€.The advice offered proved to be worthless as the shoes caused bad blistering.On bringing this to there attention the staff basically shrugged there shoulders and were,nt interested..KEEP AWAY,as this is not the professional service it pretends to be

Ordered an item that was showing as in stock on the website & turns out they didn’t have it. Left a genuine review of the experience & got a childlike response from the owner. Not surprised to see such a low trustpilot score! Genuinely never seen such a head loss of a response from an “owner”.

Worst service
Worst service - staff don't care.😂 Nothing ever in stock. No contact between stores for previous purchases. Waste of time and effort to visit.
And staff overall rude - terrible to say this about the shop - I know they are humans / but I'm not alone in my thoughts
They had their day - time to move to real shops owned by runners for runners 🥇

Appalling customer service
I travelled from Limerick to the Run Hub in Ashtown Dublin with my mum for a gait analysis and hoped to purchase two pairs of runners. We were 6 months planning our trip and very much looking forward to it. When we arrived at the shop there was 3 staff members on duty with zero customers in store. We asked could we have a gait analysis and this request was met with a shrug of the shoulders and told by staff member Saorise that we had no appointment made and she did not have a slot available and then walked away from us. I could see my mum getting visibly upset so i asked where on the website did it state you needed to make an appointment to which she went to check the computer and it did not in fact state this anywhere. I asked could we wait around for awhile as there was no customers in the shop and explained we had travelled 3 hours to come here. I then asked to speak to a manager as we were so deflated and disappointed with the lack of customer support. Her response was there was no manager on duty. I calmly explained how disappointing it was to be turned away as a potential customer and the 3 staff members just looked away and left us walk out of the shop. I sent an email when we left the store to the management expressing our disappointment and lack of customer service and support. I asked them to put on there website that the gait analysis is by appointment only and how do they think as a company it is okay to treat customers like this. This email was also ignored and no contact has been made to us since. SHOCKING!!
