Great Service & Lovely Terrarium
Lovely Terrarium, pre-planted with healthy plants in pretty colours. It was a birthday gift for my husband, delivered promptly and very well packaged. It's now been some months since delivery, and it's still beautiful and thriving...he loves it!

We appreciate your feedback, but we must respectfully point out that your review contains incorrect and misleading information regarding The Urban Botanist.
To clarify, the The Urban Botanist brand was acquired by new ownership on 31 May 2023, following the liquidation of its previous owner, Terrarium UK Ltd. The liquidation process began on 10 February 2023, and from that date, all liabilities and debts became the responsibility of the appointed liquidator, Cowgills.
It is important to note that under the new ownership, we did not assume any liabilities, debts, or obligations from the previous owner. We acquired only the brand and its intellectual property. Therefore, any transactions made by the previous owners during or after the liquidation process were not authorised and would constitute a breach of insolvency law.
Your claim that we purchased goods from your company a year ago is factually incorrect. We have had no dealings with Wares of Knutsford, nor has anyone from your company contacted us in the past year regarding this matter. We strongly recommend that you contact the appointed liquidator, Cowgills, to resolve any claims for unpaid invoices. You can find more information about the liquidation process here:

The terranium arrived within 3 days and was as described and very well packaged. The lights in the cork lid show it off beautifully.

Fantastic bromeliad
The bromeliad I purchased looks amazing in my terrarium and is very healthy. I was concerned at first as it appeared very dry when it arrived but it recovered almost immediately with a little tlc. Therefore I would recommend this supplier.
