Online Order
Ordering online was super simple and easy. So many great quality products at great prices. Some things were out of stock that I needed but that’s just testament to their popularity I suppose. Everything packed up and shipped at a quick pace. 1 star for the delivery folks, they seemed to have dropped and stomped on my box… luckily was packed extra carefully by Vanilla valley so nothing was broken. Would recommend checking them out 👍

Everything I needed was in stock and at such good prices. Great variety of stock, easy to order and fast delivery.
One item was accidentally not packed, I made a phone call, there was no quibbling. The item was then delivered a couple of days later.

Excellent customer service
Have been searching for a while for a tiered stand large enough for the numbers attending our wedding… Vanilla Valley had quite a lot of choice and reasonably priced. Wasn’t sure if the one we chose was going to be strong enough to cope with the weight but it’s pretty sturdy.
What impressed me most was how quickly everything was sorted, ordered the stand ate in the evening on Monday, it arrived Wednesday… unfortunately two pieces had been cracked at some point… so called the office Thursday, couldn’t have been more helpful and sent the spare parts over… was there waiting when we got back from work on Friday! Faultless… couldn’t be more pleased and will certainly use again..
