Have used them several times but customer service fell far short this time. Ordered an at the weekend expecting order to be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. Needed the products for Thursday so thought this should be enough time. Tried repeatedly to contact via phone on Tuesday to see when it would be dispatched. No answer. Ordered from another company and had to pay for next day delivery. Products were dispatched on Wednesday and sent next day delivery. Unsure why the free delivery is just next day delivery when they can be bothered. Due to returns policy I have been unable to return £10 of my order and I am out a further £12 to return in the very large box they sent the order in. Very disappointed and won’t be using again. Their rival company was cheaper on products and communication was much better.

We’re also disappointed to hear that you had difficulty getting through to our customer service team and appreciate how frustrating this must have been when you were trying to establish when your order would be dispatched.

Late next day deliver !
I took on a last minute order for a cake. I only needed a few items that I found on vanilla valley. I was very happy to pay the the dpd next day delivery of £7.49. I ordered on 7/8/26, to my horror my actual order arrived 5 days later, much too late for my cake order. Needless to say I will think twice before ordering from you again!

Your order was dispatched on Friday 7th August using DPD Next Working Day delivery. This service is based on working days (Monday–Friday), so the expected delivery date was Monday 10th August. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for our courier services, and this information is displayed on our website when selecting the shipping method at checkout.
