No notification of delivery
All items received but I don't know who you have to deliver. I had no notivation at all that it was being delivered. It was delivered to my neighbor who I didn't want it to. This is the second time this has happened. I could have made arrangements if I knew when it was coming

We completely understand that having your parcel delivered to a neighbour without prior notice was inconvenient, especially as this has happened before. We’ll raise this with the delivery service and ask them to ensure your delivery preferences are followed in future.

Great customer service
I have ordered from Vanilla Valley a few times and always had a good experience. This time I received an email to say one of my items was out of stock. They followed this with a phone call to check I was ok with the substitution before sending out my order. My order was delivered the next day, well packaged. Customer service was excellent and products were exactly what I wanted. Thank you, will be ordering again

Items not priced up for ease
Items not priced up for ease, I could not find the price of the items I wanted but when I did manage to work out the code system I obviously read the wrong chart spending twice as much as I thought I had.
Trying to get to items and a group of people were more concerned about making a promotional film, they stood in my way without moving, I went around another way to try and access the item needed but they still would not acknowledge that I as a customer was trying to purchase something just stood in my way. I run my own business and time for me is not always in abundance so I don’t appreciate having to wait while staff and film makers decide to stand in my way and not at least move slightly for me to get my purchases and complete one of the many tasks I have to do in a day.
As I have pointed out in the past, the check out system is run at glacial speed. I used to shop here a lot but now I dread going here. Has really gone downhill over the past year or so.
